hey everyone!!
i wanted to make this diary to motivate myself to start eating healthier and lose weight. im currently in a horrible mindset with food and have been binging on junk food which makes me feel so bad about myself, so I've decided to try and make a change. I'm done this so many times and failed but hopefully I can stick to it this time.
