Dip into my heart with your brush
Splash it, dot it
Splatter it, carve it
Swirl it, twirl it
Onto a canvas
Never to be shown
A most beautiful masterpiece
For our eyes alone
Without care it
Slowly wilts
Melts away
Like a candle
Lit accompanied
Until a puddle
Of wax and ash
Burnt out of life
