yuna's desperate voice pierced through the deafening silence of her presidential suite room. her brother had left her for privacy (more like leaving her to rant alone) and decided to go out, to explore Florence.
"but i can't do this anymore joon. it affects my mood so much that my brother had to shove an apple to my mouth to stop me from whining and rant-"
"hey, hey baby you're doing it again." yuna's body immediately reacts at namjoon's calming voice on the other side. "and besides, we'll be seeing each other like, forever. so try to cherish the moment of your singularity tonight yeah?"
this made yuna groan in annoyance all over again. just a few hours ago, namjoon declined all her facetimes and went with a voice call instead. she hated being this clingy but it seems like being in the same country without him by her side felt wrong
despite the fact that they're gonna get married in Siena in less than a month.
"forget what i said earlier. and i hate you when you use your your big words, kim namjoon" she was about to end the call but his words lingered on her mind along with his heartwarming laugh
"i love you more, kang yuna"
and boy, it sure did make yuna's heart melt for a billion times.
