I watched the pack alpha jazz drag Leo to the pack house steps "RED!" He yelled making a male run out of the pack house helping him drag the large man into the pack house "joy get the doc" Jazz said as he dragged Leo to the living room "wolf move the table" he yelled at another man who was scary to say the least and looked....worried about Leo maybe I don't know he seemed hard to read but the man rushed moving the little table in the living room to the other side of the room. Jazz and red? Laid Leo on his back on the floor "get me a knife or some thing sharp" jazz yelled at wolf? He nodded heading deeper into the house. I finally approached "will he be ok?" I ask Jazz didn't look at me but gritted his teeth. The scary man came back with a knife passing it to jazz, jazz nodded at him he grabbed Leo's tight shirt cutting it from the collar to the bottom then the sleeves rate off that's when I seen the full extent of the curse "dear god" I said covering my mouth over half of his body was covered in a black patch that pulsed red like a heart beat " it got so much worse" the scary man said rushing to Leo's side holding his hand. Just then a man who looked related to the scary man rushed in "joy told....MATE!" He said rushing to Leo's side practically pushing the scary man to the side "max" Jazz said looking at the new man "I don't know if he will make it" the man flinched "he will he's a fighter" he said gently ruching the side of Leo's face "jack.....max...please" Leo mumbled causing both me and the man to stiffen "who's jack?" The man ask looking at jazz. Jazz looked at me and the man fallowed his line of sight to me "mate" he said as soon as our eyes meet he slowly got up and approached me just then I noticed I was hugging myself shaking, I was shaking when did that start happen? The max was in front of me holding his hand out to me but I didn't take it I instead ran into his arms and cried. The man rubbed my back and tried his best to calm me down "he will be fine mate" he said holding me closer "how.. how.. how can we...we... be ...so sure?" I asked through the tears "because you have a angel helping" a new voice rang in the room causing me and the man look we're the voice came from and a man with a white lab coat holding what looks like a doctors bag was approaching "doc" said the man who was holding  me his voice seemed relieved "dam why didn't he come to me sooner?" Doc said rushing to his side "joy said max is his mate?" Doc asked not looking at anyone "yes" man holding me answered "and the boy your holding?" The doc asked looking over Leo "iam his sole mate as well" I responded too quickly I froze 'am I ready to accept this?' I thought "dam well max come help me only thing I can do is hold the curse back for you to ask leo to mark him ok but I can't do it too long ok?" Max released me walking over to leo he kneeled so he could be closer. Doc nodded at max "alright now" he said holding open palms over leo a bright light shined over him.
Next thing we knew leo screamed a primal yell it scared me but after the yell me opened his eyes "Leo iam max will you accept my mate mark?" He asked "y...y..ye" Leo didn't fully answer before he passed back out. Max growled "iam taking it" he said leaning his lips down to Leo's neck. I could not look but I heard max teeth sinking into Leo's flesh making me close my eyes and flinch "done" max said happily I opened my eyes glancing at max and Leo.
I don't know why but I needed to get out of here I bolted to the door not looking back even as my name was being called. Once out side I rush to my car but I never made it a arm snaked around my waistline picking me up from the ground "jack calm down" max voice rang in my ear his hot breath on my neck "I can't I can't do this elf's sole mates are always elf's or creatures that live long I can't do this!" I said kicking and screaming. Max didn't let me go he held tight "dont you think leo is going through something similar he can't deny us or he dies!" Max said I stop fighting him he's right it's us or death for Leo he has no voice in this unlike us but that would leave him for dead I started to cry again max sighed but put my feet back on the ground "I thought elf's were smart" he said leaning his chin on my head hugging me from behind "it will be ok Leo's a good man he risked firing for a wolf pup he knew nothing about almost died for him, I can't believe a man willing to risk his life for a stranger is bad" max said and I agreed nodding my head. We were like that for a while till jazz rushed outside "HES AWAKE" He yelled max let me go rushing into the house I stood there for a minute 'what will I do?' I thought.

*max pov*
Rushing into the pack house I run to the living room to see my mate being helped off the floor by doc and my brother. I rushed to help as well but waved off by wolf "we got him" doc said moving Leo to the couch I backed off letting them help him sit down leo leaned back "fuck damit" he hissed grabbing his sides the curse was receding showing his delicious skin but it was slow "what's happening why won't it go away?" I asked slowly approaching Leo "he needs the elf to make it go completely away" doc said grabbing his bag "how?" I asked looking at doc "we have to get married" jacks voice rang out sounding sweet in my ears I snap my head to the entrance of the living room seeing a scared jack he had his arms crossed "and you willing to do that?" I asked jack shrugged "I don't know mr.wolf" he said not looking at me but his feet I growled in frustration I'd lose my other mate if he didn't agree to the marriage. Jack flinched as my eyes changed colors from a sky blue to a yellow of my wolf I took one step tords jack but then a hand landed on my shoulder distracting me I looked at the owner of the hand 'let me brother' wolf spoke to me through the pack link I nodded backing off to leo sitting next to him. Leo grabbed my hand like his life depended on it "I will tell you what kind of man leo is" wolfs voice was ruff do to the years of not speaking "when I was a pup leo found me to bring me to red but at the time I had been kidnaped by a sick vampire who raped and tortured me be cause he 'loved' me. Leo walked in one one of his 'love making' sessions knowing full well the curse on him he still fought the vampire the curse and being human he was at risk of dieing but he still fought through the pain of the curse and the damage the vampire inflicted on him saving me. I was hurt and so was he but he still picked me up carried me to his car driving both of us to the hospital were we met doc. I didn't speak and didn't respond to my birth name thanks to that vampire it just reminds me of him saying it sickening me. Leo gave me a new name wolf he said it was due to how strong and resilient I am it fit me just right" wolf looked like he was about to cry leo too remembering that moment "I wish I found you sooner wolf" Leo whispered wolf shook his head "I owe this man my life now even after bringing me to red he staid with me making sure I got through my trauma even taught me how to tattoo giving me a skill for a job. Leo is the best Amman you can ask for iam happy he is max mate that way he can bring my brother the happiness he brought me your lucky to have such a strong, selfless and loving mate like Leo I understand it's hard elf's never marry humans but maybe it's about time you did" wolf said looking jack in the eye. Jack looked conflicted I looked at leo he was full on crying now I sipped his tears away with my free hand. Leo smiled at me it was weak and looked painful "you don't understand when a elf gets married that's it we can't divorce them leave them chat on them nothing when they die so do we!" Jack finally said making it all come together as to why he's so scared I would be too "what you so scared of?" Leo asked "death? Abuse?" He asked but jack didn't respond instead he started to cry "or jack are u scared that it will be great that the love u will have will be so great you will not need anything else!" Leo said angry this time slightly raising his voice. I heard shuffling of feet looking up I see jack walking up to us he feel at his feet laying his head in his lap "that iam not strong. Iam not able to stay by your side. To give you what you need" jack cried into his lap Leo painfully sat up with his free hand rubbed jacks head "only way that will happen is if you run away" Leo said softly jack leaned all his upper weight on to Leo's legs making him clench his jaw. I let go of Leo's hand he used both to lift jacks head off his lap "no matter what you decide to do I will not hate you" he said rubbing the tears away jack cried harder he looked so relieved for some reason.
So long passed felt like hours when jack was finally soothed by Leo. He was fully in Leo's lap wrapped in his arms "the curse messed with my head" Leo sighed I put my hand on his lap "tell us about it" I said leaning my head on his shoulder.
