Chapter 1: Like the good old times

Claudia's POV:

"long time, no see" Max said hugging me as I greeted him at the door. Max has been my bestfriend since I could remember. I hadn't seen him in ages, as he has moved to London to be in a new boy band called 'the wanted'. Max was back in Manchester for a week. To catch up with friends and family. "omg! I have missed you so much" I replied hugging him back. "I have missed you loads too,may I come in?" he asked. Releasing from the hug. "of course you can" I answered laughing.

Me and max were now cuddled up on the sofa watching a 'chic flick'. Me and max have always done this. We would say how the romantic ending never happens in real life. That it is a load of rubbish but inside I have always wanted something like it to happen to me. I mean what girl wouldnt?

Max's POV:

I had missed having these times with claudia. She truly is my best girl friend but I still haven't told her about keeley. My new girlfriend. I haven't told her yet because I wanted to tell her face to face. I sure she will understand. I mean she is my bestfriend after all. "claudia, I need to tell you something" I said to her when turning round to face her. "go ahead" she replied. "I have got a new girlfriend called keeley" I answered. This won't change anything,will it? Of course it won't she is your bestfriend, for crying out loud.

Claudia's POV:

"awww, I'm so happy for you" I replied hugging him. I was happy for max but I always did have a bit of a crush on him. I never told him because I was scared he didn't feel the same way back. Well now I know. "thanks, I'm glad you're happy for me. You should come back to London with me and meet her and the boys" max said smiling at me. It's lovely to see his smile again. I had never been to London before but I have always wanted to go. I do I really want to meet the girl that is with the guy I have a crush on? Stop thinking about yourself claudia and do this for max. "of course I will go to London to meet everyone" I answered and then hugging max again. I hope she is right for him
