Chapter 8: we're having a baby

Claudia's POV:

I had just walked in the door from having a part tour around London. I had such an amazing time. The girls were so lovely. Keeley didn't come today as she said she wasn't feeling to well. Anyways, I had just walked in the door and my smile disappeared. As I saw max and Keeley making out on the sofa. I really need to get over with the fact that we are just Bestfriends but it is really hard.

"girls come in, we have something to share" max said when he realised that him and Keeley were no longer alone. We all walked into the room and sat down. The boys came in shortly after. "what's up mate?" Tom asked as he sat down next to Katie. They are so cute together. "should I tell them or you?" max said quietly to keeley. "you can" she replied. I wonder what this is all about. "ok, well" there was a short pause. "me and Keeley are having a baby" max told us as a huge smile appeared on his face. I can't believe they are having a baby! My jealousness was now on full load!

Eilish's POV:

Aww, it is so cute that they are having a baby. It's going to be nice having a little one around. I really do love kids. Max and Keeley look so happy. Everyone congratulated them and we were all sitting down with huge smiles as if we had just won the lottery. For some reason claudia didn't seem very happy. I thought she would be. With max being her bestfriend and all. I should see what's up with her in a bit.

1hour later:

We had all got back to doing what we do and I thought this was the time to talk to claudia. I walked up to her room and knocked on the door. "come in" she replied to the knock. I walked in and claudia was laying on her bed playing on her phone. "hey" I said to her when I sat next to her on the bed. "hey" she replied. As she sat up and put her phone down. "is something up? You didn't seem very happy earlier" I asked her. "I don't want to ruin anything" she answered. I didn't understand what you meant by 'ruin anything'. "well I won't say anything, I'm your friend and I would like to be there for you" I replied trying to get her to open up to me. "ok well don't say anything" there was a pause but I didn't say anything. "well max has been my bestfriend since I can remember but I have always thought there was something more between us. I guess you could say I had a crush on him. When I found out he had a girlfriend I found it hard to tell myself that we are just Bestfriends nothing more" she told me. I felt sorry for her that she has to watch max and Keeley be together, you can't help who you fall for. "aww babe, well I'm always here for you and I promise I won't say anything" I replied as I brought her into a hug. "thanks it's nix to be able to talk to someone about it" she said back. It's nice to be able to be there for someone. It makes me feel good and that I know that I have helped that person in one way or another.
