Today, it has been 2 weeks to that incident with Ragini and Laksh. Both were good friends now... It was a group of 4..Ragini, Laksh, Kartik and Srishti.. They 4 used to be together all the time.
Life was going smooth and here Ragini began liking Laksh as a friend.Lesser did she know, that her so called best friend had moved much ahead for him.
One day...
"Yes...! Alright...hmmmm...okay..done!"
Laksh was talking on the phone while Srishti was coming from the front and they both bumped into each other. THe files from her hand spread down and she looks shocked while Laksh too looks at her in horror as it was his fault. He makes a cute sorry face and starts helping her to pick the files while she looks lost at him. She had a constant smile on her face. While he handed over her the pages and went continuing talking on his phone. She looks at him lost.
"I think I have fall...fallen in love with him!!
She blushes at her thought and goes from there.
While Kartik was the one who was flat on Ragini since day one and had never revealed this to anyone.He started getting friendly with her and find excuses to be with her...
While Srishti and Kartik were busy dreaming of Laksh and Ragini respectively, a new chapter was going on here....
In the MD's cabin....
"Look Laksh, this is really important deal for us and this time the presentation is all on your shoulders. Ragini was responsible for the graph excel sheet and pie chart which she has sent successfully to them. I want this to be all good. I have seen the presentation and am very much impressed. Make sure everything goes there right...Alright?"
Asks MD.
"Yes Sir...."
Says Raginni and Laksh.
"Hmm..you may leave now."
And both of them were about to leave when:-
"Wait a second...!"
MD stops them.
"Not again..."
Both murmur lightly only audible to each other and then chuckle lightly looking at each other.
They both turn.
"Yes Sir..."
Both say together.
"All the best..."
He says and both leave smiling.
Outside the cabin...
"Soooo....Nervous?"
Asks Ragini keeping her hand on his shoulder.
"Yeah...kind of..!"
He says tension visible in his tone.
"Honestly am too....I can empathize with you very well! Ha..!"
She says chuckling making him too chuckle.
"The presentation is tomorrow and am feeling soo many pangs in my stomach!!! It seems the heart will come out of the mouth any time. I just don't want to do anything wrong...!!"
He says.
"Hmmm...I can understand....Well..We are free for more than an hour now...Mind not taking a walk with me? It reduces pressure."
She asks hopefully.
