"I said KNEEL!" Loki shouted.

Everyone in the square knelt instantly. Everyone but the woman in the center of the crowd.

"Not to a filthy murderer," she said, stalking through the crowd of kneeling citizens. "You killed my family, princeling."

"Princeli-How dare you? I am a god!"

"And I a queen! You destroyed every semblance of happiness in my life! You tricked my father, killed my mother, my brothers, my daughter, my love. You destroyed my life, runt! You forced me to rule a planet before I could even lift a sword! You pushed me onto a throne I had cursed since the day I could speak! You smashed half my planet and incinerated my people! You are nothing but a filthy murderer!" she was screamed. "You are not worthy of your title!"

"Little girl, I don't know who you are, but the Chitauri were responsible for the attack on this city. I simply commanded them. I am the rightful king of Asgard, and a prince of Jotunh-."

Suddenly, the young woman began to change. Growing talled, skin turning blue, ice coating her body, leather and hides wrapped about her, and a crown of ice and bones atop her head. Loki stumbled backwards in shock, as the woman showed her true form.

She was a full-blooded frost giant in all her icy glory, clothed in leather battle armor with a sword and knife at her belt. The mortals screamed and ran as she stormed him, grabbing his horned helmet and tossing it to the ground, then grasping him by the front of his shirt, and lifting him from the ground.

"As queen regent of Jotunheim, I strip you of your title and banish you to this mud heap of a planet. You are forbidden to speak to anyone until you have redeemed yourself, as custom requires. Should you attempt to leave Midgard by any means, you will die. You are no longer a Jotun, you are an outcast. I pity you."

The giant dropped him to the ground, where he lay in a crumpled heap of armour, his blue skin and red eyes standing out against the green and black of his clothes. She spat at his feet, and walked away into the night.
