"Woah.. is she really the most powerful??"

"That's what the rumors say"

I wake up once again to the shaking of the vehicle and the whispering of what sounded like a few girls.

Where are the fake police officers taking me now?

I look around, I see one girl with blonde hair in the corner and I see another right by her side. The blonde one looked about 11 and the girl next to her had striking red hair and looked about my age.

"Hi" I said to the girls.

The blonde one was the first to answer. "Are the rumors true?"

"What rumors?" I asked curiously.

"About your eyes and your powers" She replied.

"I don't know what you're talking about"

"She's been living in the dark, Lily"  said the redhead.

"How can anyone of the supernatural world be living in the dark! Don't you want to know who and what you are?!" Screamed Lily.

Supernaturals?  Are they serious? Supernaturals don't exist. I'm trapped in a cart full of freaks who think vampires are real. Great.

"What are you talking about?? Did they drug you or something? Because you're going crazy. Supernaturals don't exist."

Lily answered with a small "You'll see"

After what felt like an eternity of awkward silence I gave up to curiosity and asked,

"What am I?"

"Finally starting to believe we exist?"

It annoyed me how she called us supernaturals. They don't know me. But I decide to ignore it and pretend I believe in the whole superfreak idea.

"Yeah, sorry about before. Like your friend said i've been living in the dark so I didn't know."

"It's okay" answered Lily.

"The name's Blaise by the way" said the redhead.

"April" I say.

"How about we end this awkwardness and start talking like normal teens? I mean we shouldn't die from boredom in this wagon." offered Lily.

I was grateful because I could't stand the silence anymore.

"Alright, so how about we start talking about ourselves? About what we like to do?" I said

"Cool, i'll start... So my name is Lily Braverman. I am 12 years old and I love to dance and practice spells on inanimate objects."

I totally didn't believe her. I was about to ask her to prove it but she was already chanting a spell. "Oh Lord." I mumbled.

When she was done chanting some random gibberish, nothing happened. I knew it! supernaturals don't exist.

"They drugged us!" Shouted Lily. "I would've been able to do that spell! It's for beginner witches and I already passed level 3! Blaise, check if your powers are working!"

I quickly shifted my gaze to Blaise. Her eyes turned a bright orange and was full with rage. I gasped. She was going to explode and rip this wagon to shreds! Blaise ran to the other side of the wagon in a flash and grabbed the handle bar. She started to pull harder and harder but it was no use. Blaise slid to the floor and clenched her fists.

"They drugged me too. The weakened me! How could I ever let that happen?! I'm a vampire failure! My dad always told me to keep my senses alert.  Now im stuck here about to be sold as a slave. How could i have been so stupid?!" Blaise said on the verge of tears.

I was in shock that I had no reaction to her glowy eyes. Even though Blaise might be a vampire, she still has feelings. So I went up to her and gave her a reassuring hug.

"Thanks, I needed that" Blaise told me.

"You're not a failure. People make mistakes." I motioned for Lily to come and hold Blaise. I was about to cry. I can't believe i'm going to be sold as a slave! How did this happen?

I went to a corner of the wagon and sat. Tears stung in my eyes and it was so hard to keep them in. But I tried to force them away because I have to be the strong one in the group. We were going to have to escape and I was the one in charge.

"Lily, how about you tell me about this whole slave thing. We're going to need an escape plan and I need to gather all the information that I can."

"Alright, so we supernaturals are a load of work. Some of us need training and most of us don't even know we aren't human. But once a supernatural is trained and revealed to its maximum power its so powerful that no human army can just stop it. I heard that there is a camp for young supernaturals to train and learn to use their powers for good. But the information about the camp is very confidential to the public. I also heard that there is a group classified as "rogues". They are the bad supernaturals who use their power for evil and they made an empire of themselves just to whipe out all of the humans.  We are basically caught in their slave trade. Some of use are used for werewolf and vampire food. Others are used to satisfy the royals in the empire. Most of the powerful supernaturals like the vampires, werewolves, and shapeshifters are drafted into these rogue armies and are usually brainwashed into getting helpless supernaturals into the rogue empire."

"Wow that's intense. We're basically the helpless little children in a war." I scoff. "Can you guys help me figure out what I am?
