Seulgi's sighed came after the school bell rang. It's lunch. And no one spoke again to her this morning so most probably, she'll be taking her meal alone again.
"It's so hard to be a newbie." She slammed her head sideways on her bag in the table and looked at the window. The flowers from the cherry blossom tree flew with the approaching wild wind. It was enough to place a smile in her face. She was about to take her phone from her bag to take a picture of it when someone spoke beside her.
"Seul.gi.ya.." She turned to Wendy who's smiling widely for her. "Let's have lunch together.. but only if you don't mind!"
Seulgi smiled fully at the girl before she nodded and rose from her seat. She got a glimpse of someone on Wendy's back which almost change her decision. Especially that Taehyung was looking again like she's done something wrong to him. She appreciates Wendy's kindness but..
"Let's go! I'm gonna introduced you to the other club members!" She didn't get the chance to say her uncertainty when the girl pulled her hand to the door. She felt how Taehyung's stares intensify when they passed through him. She didn't dare look, though. How come if she did look?
She felt so awkward while walking side by side with Wendy while the latter's boyfriend was at their back. Wendy didn't noticed it as she keeps talking about their club.
"You know what? You'll surely be comfortable in our club. We have junior members and they are so loud. And that what makes our club exceptional. Our members does all the things you can't imagine. Maybe that's why we always won the school fairs."
Seulgi's interest and attention turned to Wendy completely. "Really?"
"Yes! And we love new members. Especially when she'll be adorable like you." Her cheeks tainted pink with Wendy's compliment which immediately subsided when the guy on their back spoke.
"Don't be too humble, Seungwan. You're a lot more adorable."
Seulgi smiled when Wendy's face turned red. Indeed. And the latter turned so cute when she stomped her feet to walk fastly ahead. The other two who was left behind both chuckled. Seulgi unintentionally looked at the guy at her back when she heard him too. But as she thought they'll be in good terms now, Taehyung's face quickly changes into a frown before he rolled his eyes. Seulgi's smiles turned into a wry one and she looked away. She fasten her pace, determined to follow Wendy.
"What is his problem?" She mumbled under her breath and shook her head.
"This is Kim Yerim and Park Joy. They're both part of the club. And this is Kang Seulgi, my classmate and a potential member."
Seulgi smiled at the two young ladies sitting in the table where they stopped, in the cafeteria.
"Omo! I know you! You're Kim Seokjin's classmate! You're from SS Academy, right?" The shorter girl suddenly beamed before she rise and held Seulgi's hand. "I'm Yeri! Can I call you Seulgi-unnie?" The girl said in a twinkling eyes.
Seulgi nodded slowly while showing a surprise smile. "You know him?" She asked curiously. Has that guy also attracts girls in other schools?
"Of course! He's my dream man! Seokjin-oppa." The girl dreamily sighed.
The other girl who remains sitting chuckled. "She's obsessed to him. She didn't even meet him personally, yet."
"Oh! That guy who won as the King of the Kings? I still think it's not that great of a pageant name. It's kind of OA." Wendy said beside Seulgi.
"Shut it, Unnie. You are just bitter cause your boyfriend didn't won." Yeri replied.
Seulgi remained quiet, feeling a bit out of place even though she knew the person they are talking about. She also knew the pageant and she expected the result because, she's use on seeing Seokjin won on everything.
