The massacre!

Oh where did we leave off? You going to do that thing called a massacre!? Let's check in on your progress. Back to where we left off with you acknowledging your friend's death and your own mental limit being broken we come to seeing you walking away from the scene, though you aren't walking away so confidently and all crazy like. Like that bullshit most people on television or anime do, y'know the whole <Twitch walk, shuttering breaths, panting, scattered thoughts> yeah that stuff <---. No you walk away from the scene in a pretty hopeless and decrepit state growling to yourself and inhaling heavily actually. Depending on heredity and such perhaps you were given a higher pitched voice though you are well over the age of 16, so your voice should be at least a little bit deeper than that of an awkward teenager. You howl out into the night, and thus begins your killing spree. Eyes resembling the colour of the ever so beautiful crimson liquid known as blood, veins surging throughout your body as your further torn hoodie continues to rip and mimic the sound of shredding though it wouldn't neccesarily be doing so. A multitude of black jagged horns protrude from the top of your head and forehead giving you a boney and rather menacing crown. As you set along for another howl this time it appears to be far deeper, guttural, and almost mechanical. Your prey can only hear the sounds of grinding and what seemed to be flesh and metal binding as you moved unpredictably, almost animal like. You bore your abnormally large canines releasing another ungodly growl. Soon your already unnatural physical  changes and 'minor' abnormalities affect more than just you. You hear more howls, and while they aren't so demonic in the least they surely could send shivers up the manliest of men's spines. What do you do now? Continue to wreak havoc, or fight against your current turmoil?
