Everly POV

"I love you Everly" Those words rang through my head. 

"Jungkook, I can't and I won't. I don't want to love you, please don't ever say those words to me ever again." I said jerking my hand away from him and walking away, I walked to the office and took the rest of the day off and just said to them I was feeling sick. 

I got home and I was already really pale so my mother let me have the next day off too. I was laying in bed the next morning and my phone vibrated. 

~new text message~

Jungkook: I'm coming over

Everly: no, don't I'm fine

Jungkook: not according to your mom, I'm coming over.

Everly: well, I'm not opening the door. 

Jungkook: well, that's fine your mum thought you'd say that so she left a key in a hidden spot that only her and I know and she told me to look after you. 

Everly: but you have to teach today.. and fuck that girl.

Jungkook: I said I won't do that anymore if you're uncomfortable with it.

Everly: well, I am and I hate it, so please don't come over, I'm old enough to look after myself and I don't need you anymore, so please leave me alone.

He left it on read and I'm guessing that means he won't come around thankfully, I got up and went to have a nice peaceful shower. I turned on my JBL speaker and played a few songs from the groups EXO, Stray Kids and The Boyz. I loved their music and they're so good at making their own songs. 

I was in the shower for about 1 hour and decided that I've wasted enough water in the shower, I grabbed my towel and headed to my bedroom, I head already put clothes on my bed so I didn't have to look for clothes after just getting out of the shower. 

I dropped the towel onto the ground grabbing my shirt, but as I did that I felt to arms wrap around my waist, I instantly jolted around, I was scared and I came face to face with Jungkook. I quickly grabbed my towel and hit him hard on the arm. 

"get out you perv" I said to him and he walked out of my room, closing the door after him. What the hell.. 

I got dressed and opened my door, to my surprise Jungkook wasn't in front of my door, I headed down stairs and he was sitting on our couch watching television. "Jungkook, what the hell are you doing here? Get your lazy ass up and go to your work, they need you there." I said to him in a stern voice.

I turned my back to start making my breakfast and didn't realize he was standing right behind me, he leaned in and whispered in my ear "you need me here too, I don't want to leave you for my dumb job." He said wrapping his arms around my waist and kissing the back of my neck.

oh god.. his skin against mine just felt so good.. I couldn't help myself but to lay my head back onto his shoulder and it made him kiss down my shoulder. that's when it hit me, I pushed him away a little and looked at him. 

"Jungkook, I can't, this is too much, you have like 100 other girls lined up for you and I don't want to be one of them, I don't want to be one of those girls where you get in my pants and then ditch me the next day." I said and he turned me to face him. 

"Everly, I won't, I promise to God that I won't" he said and for some reason I believed him. I nodded and he smiled. "does that mean you can be mine and only mine?" He asked and I looked at him confused. 

"are you asking me to be your girlfriend because that's a terrible way to ask." I said and he laughed. "Yes I am asking you and should I have gone with a different approach?" He asked and I nodded. "yeah you should've asked me in front of the whole class and kissed me passionately when I said yes." I said and he looked taken aback. 

"wait, really?" He asked shocked and I shook my head laughing so much. "dude, hell no, I was kidding" I said and we both laughed as hard as we could.
