Same Sky (Part One)

"If I sing it once for you, would you please leave me alone?" Scott asked, growing slightly annoyed with Mitch's persistence. Scott hadn't sang Same Stars since the night on the Square, the night he I fought with Travis, the night Mitch stole his heart, the night he went on his first date with the man he loved. Scott was planning, planning something great, and he was more than excited for Mitch to find out.

"With you being a stubborn as you are, I'll take whatever I can get," Mitch replied laughing. Scott grab his guitar what he was trying to learn to play. It was still pretty rough, but he wanted to be able to play the song without Kirstie. He began to play.

"Tonight we're gonna give them hell
I'm not one to kiss and tell
Think about it baby
Look at the stars with me"

Mitch closed his eyes and took in the last chord. He smiled. "I don't know why I don't make you sing for me more often. You're just too perfect." Mitch said. He suddenly got very quiet to the point where Scott could barely make out his words. "I love you."

"What?" Scott asked.

"Nothing," Mitch replied, actually selling his cover up.

'He bought it,' Scott thought. He had heard what Mitch said. 'He loves me. And I love him too."
