???: Hey babe, leave a message

???: Why aren't you texting back?

                                                     Pin
We're through. I told you that yesterday. Why can't you understand?

???: i'll change, i promise. i stopped seeing her! it can be us again

                                                      Pin
No. It'll never be us again. I'm sorry.

"Damnit......" Pin sighed, putting her phone in her pocket. God, her ex was texting her again. They were hardly dating three months and he had already cheated with two other girls somehow. She watched as the cars drove by as the rain drizzled all over their windshields, a sigh piercing the night. Dissatisfaction was all that she felt, and it consumed her entire body. She had left her boots at his place, and didn't want to go back; not even for a second. A step in the rain, another step, and another. She walked along the sidewalk as the rain pitter pattered on, watching as a car passed by, splashing the other sidewalk. She lowered her umbrella, hoping to protect herself from the water. She swung her groceries around as she twirled in the rain, covering herself with the red umbrella.

But during a thunderstorm, there's always thunder.
