It has been a few days, and Jazz has been my friend ever since. Yeah, I'm still in the hospital, but it worked out perfectly.
"So Y/N, who are your parents?" She asked me as we walked through the hospital. She now had lavender and dirty blue hair. She could change her hair with I don't know"I don't know who my parents are.." She looked at me, then looked to the ground. "I can run a DNA test for you." She said as we walk into my hospital room.
"You sort of look familiar to me.." She said as I get back up on the bed. She let me wear regular clothes, not some scratchy hospital gown.
"I'll do a DNA test," I said, as she went to a cabinet. "It will take a few weeks to get the results in, maybe even months. Sometimes when there is an adopted child, like you, it takes a while to locate the parents and see if they're alive and all that Jazz."
She walked over to me with a needle. "I need to take your blood." She found a vein, and stuck the syringe in vain, taking some blood out.
"Oh! Also, you're free to go, so I'll drop you off at your parent's house." She said, putting the syringe in a plastic container.
"I don't want to go back to my adoptive family," I said, sliding on my shoes. "Why?" She asked, helping me pack a few things. "They're mean to me and make my pray for hours trying to 'chase the demon out of me.' You're a demon; what do I do?"
She was a demon; She had black eyes, razor-sharp teeth, freckles on her nose and cheeks, beautiful facial features, and Grayish sort horns.
"I don't know what do to.. I've never been in that situation. Your welcome to stay with me." She offered, handing me my backpack. "That sounds good! I don't want to invade any part of your life, though.."
"You're not invading anything! Let me drop this off; then we can go." I followed her out, her stopping at a counter and turning the syringe in.
"Cmon Merry." I nod, as she walks out the massive doors. The air was cold, breathing in felt like fire. Snow piled the sidewalks, the roads having thin sheets of snow.
She walked towards a black Tesla, pressing a button and the wing doors open. "This is your car?" I ask, amazed. "Yep!" I walk to the passenger side and get in, watching the snow silently fall.
"It's quieter when it snows because the snow blocks sound. I wish it never stops snowing sometimes." Jazz said, backing out.+^+
Her house was huge! It felt like I was living in an ocean; it was so big. I was in the giant living room drinking tea, watching the news.
"So, you like the house?" Jazz scared me by jumping on the house. "Yeah! Your house is huge." I was still amazed. "It's not my house. It's my brothers." "Your brothers? Your brother must be some type of Billionaire to live in this house!" I felt like I wasn't supposed to be here.
"Yep... he sure is some billionaire.." She sounded.. sad when she said that. I decided not to think about it. He must be at work a lot.+^+
I run down the street; my adoptive parents are going to be PISSED at me!
Jazz said I had to go immediately, or something terrible would happen. I don't know what she meant by that, but I just followed her advice.
"They're going to be so ma-" I got cut off by something hitting me in the back of my head. I spin around, losing my vision in the process.
I could see a tall wolf-like figure next to a short male with a pissed off face. 'The dammed Mafia!' Was the last thing I thought before fainting.OH well this book sucks and my life sucks
