I'm trying to pass time.
It's okay. I'm alright. Everything's fine.
Though I haven't got a clue
What I'm supposed to do.
And while everyone's typing
I'm sitting here, rhyming
With words that don't really rhyme.
5 minutes of time
Just went by
And out the window flew a minuscule fly.
Shame, I really wanted it to die.
Because that fly
Hell, that fly,
It was an annoyance.
Which also rhymes with the word "buoyance."
Which is funny
Because often, in science
(Which, might I mention, is also an extreme annoyance)
The fly is used as an example of buoyance
...cy
Buoyancy, actually
Or so Grammarly insists on telling me
Buoyancy, that's right
Though spelt wrong it might
I suppose I should take a break
But then I'd want another
I kinda miss my mother.
No, not really
Not at all to be precise
Mother just happens to rhyme with another.
You see the thing about poetry
Is that you have all these words that rhyme
And you don't know what the hell to do
So u threw
All of them away
And called it a day
