*A handful of hours pass as Ordis slowly repairs the interior of the Liset, while I check our resource reserves*

(Frost) "Well the good news is that we got a surplus of resources to work with so we'll be able to build quite a bit of weapons or parts."

(Ordis) "Excellent! How about our argon crystals?"

(Frost) "Expired, as to be expected."

(Ordis) "As per usual, so what's the plan now?"

(Frost) "Find or acquire information about this place."

*Quite a distance away, a strange white haired individual is conversing with Ironwood*

(Ironwood) "Like I said, if you can recruit him into your academy he could prove quite an asset!"

(Ozpin) "I'm surprised you came to tell me all this, I would've expected you to try and recruit him yourself."

(Ironwood) "We got off on the wrong foot with him, he won't be happy to see us if we go back there."

(Ozpin) "I'll see what I can do."

*5 hours pass*

(Frost) "That should be enough energy pads for a while, no doubt the enemies don't have the energy I need to replenish my reserves."

(Ordis) "Excellent idea of preparation Operator!"

(Frost) "Not like we have an unlimited energy supply!"

*at that moment I hear a knock on the Lisets shutters*

(Frost) "Who is it Ordis!"

(Ordis) "Some hobo with a strange hair color."

(???) "I heard that."

(Ordis) "LiKe I cArE!"

(Frost) "Is he armed?"

(???) "I have a cane?!"

(Ordis) "He has a cane!"

(Frost) "A cane?"

(???) "Yes a cane!"

(Frost) "Cane!?!"

(Ordis) "oH mY gOd He GoT a CaNe!?!"

(???) "JUST OPEN THE DOOR!"

*Ozpin POV*

*the windscreen of the aircraft slowly opened up and what greeted me on the other side was a katana-like blade*

(Frost) "State your business!"

(Ozpin) "Easy there, I mean you no harm, I just want to talk. My name is Ozpin."

(Frost) "Ok?"

(Ozpin) "I'm aware that you have no knowledge of our planet correct?"

(Frost) "....that is correct."

(Ozpin) "I am a headmaster of an academy named Beacon, I believe it would have the sufficient information you seek."

(Frost) "So a school? I'm not a child I'll have you know!"

(Ozpin) "Yes, by definition it is a school, but it specializes in training in combat and basic studies to word it simply."

(Frost) "I'm already a master in combat. What more could I learn, that I don't already know?"

(Ozpin) "I don't doubt your combat prowess, but you lack information on your surroundings. It would make sense that you would need that info, yes?"

(Ordis) "He has a point Operator, this is statistically our best chance of gaining information of this world."

(Frost) "What about my ship?"

(Ozpin) "We can bring it to the academy via BullHead if you like?"

(Ordis) "I'll let them take me to the academy Operator, I have light weaponry online. I'll blast them if they try anything funny."

(Frost) "Ok I guess I'll go to this academy of yours."

(Ozpin) "Excellent! I'll get everything ready for your arrival."

-Time Skip-

*The BullHeads drop off the Liset just outside the Academy's perimeter as I'm walking into the main entrance*

(Frost) "The architecture is really nice to look at, although the people here just can't seem to stop looking at me funny. I understand that I'm not of this world but it's kinda getting to me a small bit."

*I glance back at my Liset before entering the building, people avoided getting near me which is understandable, but I was more focused on finding the schools library to read up on the history. As I walked down the hall I inevitably found said library and entered it.*

-Time Skip-

*I was walking with a handful of books to study with while heading towards the Liset when Ozpin showed up*

(Ozpin) "Excuse me Mr. Frost but if it's fine with you I would like to request a favor of you."

(Frost) "Go ahead, I'm listening."

(Ozpin) "I would like for you to participate in the Hunter exam, I want to see how we compare to your combat prowess."

(Frost) "I'll think on it, plus I can finally see what these hunters are like in person."

(Ozpin) "The exam begins tomorrow, you'll be with new recruits but don't worry you'll be in a position that won't consider you full participant. So you won't be assigned a team.

(Frost) "Ok..."

*Ozpin leaves the area and I make my way into the Liset and begin reading the books I found with Ordis until morning*

-Next Day, Hunters Exam-

*I was standing on top of a cliff with the students taking the exam with Ozpin explaining the rules. While that was happening the lady in red kept glancing at me, she must've been that kid with the Scythe if I can recall, that went after that one guy*

*growing bored of all the talking I casually walk of the cliff into free fall with a few of the students shouting at me. I hit the base of the cliff and take off full sprint deep into the forest, I'm not technically apart of the main exam so their objective is meaningless to me.*

*I see pairs of eyes further up ahead and draw my Nikana then bullet jump my way onto a tree above the eyes. I pushed of the tree reaching terminal velocity, driving my sword into the head of the creature, tearing its head off in the process*

*Several more eyes appeared out of thin air, in response I ready my Nikana in a reverse grip fashion, preparing to use the blind justice technique. I ready my other hand on one of the Boltos Incase I need it.*

*Without warning the creature in-front of me lashes out but it's swiftly cut into several pieces thanks to the blind justice technique. The rest jump out and attack, but I ducked under the first lunge and impaled the creature on my right before slicing it in two in order to get to the one on my left, which I head butted then decapitated. The one that I ducked under went for another strike but was round house kicked through a tree and then dissipated*

(Frost) "These exam creatures are like bipedal kubrows, heh just about as tough as one."

*I heard a roar behind me, without looking I threw my sword at the location, and the sound ceased and I went to take my sword out the tree it landed in without caring to look at the creature I killed, after that I took off sprinting deeper into the forest*

(Thanks for being patient, I needed a break and I'm back now.
