"Lady!" he cried, his voice cracks and he rushes to her side almost tripping. "Lady?" his eyes could no longer see her as he drowns in his tears.

Lady smiled weakly then she gasped for more air. She was struggling to breathe.

Vincent felt a pulsation course through his body as he blinked away fresh tears, his eyes fixated on her blurred image.

"I know, I know and I love you too... so much." Marahang kinulong ni Vincent ang mga kamay ng asawa sa kanyang mga kamay at hinalik-halikan iyon.

Lady wasn't sure how much longer she could fight over death, her body was already tired and too weak and her heart ached, but seeing her husband this way... she would gladly continue to fight.
