Pha POV
I woke up to a delicious smell filling the house. It must be Yo cooking. My wifey knows how to cook so good☺️ I got up and went down the the kitchen.
" Good morning baby." I said to him wrapping my arms around his waist.
" Good morning, go sit at the table, I'll bring you some food." He said. I went and sat at the table. We had pancakes and bacon.
" Dang this is good, but as good as you~" I said teasingly. He blushed brighter than a tomato.
" Pha!" He scolded. I laughed. Once we were done and got everything cleaned up, there was a knock at the door.
" Did you invite anyone over today?" Yo asked.
" No, stay here, I'll go see who it is." I said. I slowly walked to the door. I peeked through and I saw a woman holding two babies in soft blankets. She looked tired. Her teared stained face and ragged clothes. There were black patches under here eyes. I opened the door.
" What can I do for you ma'am?" I asked.
" Please take my babies, m-men are trying to take them to human trafficking systems and I want them to be safe, if they come here just say you saw me run into the store down the street." She said, her voice horse and she was clearly tired. I took the two babies and held them in my arms. They were so cute!
" The one on the left is a boy, and the one on the right is a girl, you can pick out their names, but I named the boy Byung-woo and the girl is Bong-Cha, they are twins, please keep them safe." She said, looking at the babies fondly.
" Of course, would you like to come in and get some food?" I asked.
" If you don't mind." She said looking down.
" Of course!" I said and led her inside. I handed her the babies.
" You can spend more time with them." I said, she smiled and said thank you. I walked to Yo.
" Ok, so there is a women in the living room that is offering her two children to us, a boy and a girl, twins, the boy is Byung-woo and the girls is Bong-Cha, she is clearly hungry, can we keep them please Yo." I begged. Yo nodded. Thank god he has a good soul. Most wife's would just say, well we don't know them, and this could lead us to danger. Yo made some food for the lady and got milk for the babies. She ate gratefully, and the babies drank the milk. Once they were done there was a knock at the door. She looked up panicked.
" Hurry, go hide out back in the garden, there is a shed, take the babies there is air conditioning." Yo whispered. The lady snuck out the back with Byung-woo and Bong-Cha. I answered the door, I don't want them to take Yo knowing what they are doing, so I came up with a plan. Yo will call the police while I distract them. I will invite them in for some food while Yo is upstairs. Yo nodded and went to our bedroom to call the police after I told him the plan. I answered the door calmly.
" Hello gentlemen." I said calmly.
" Hello sir, have you by any chance seen a lady and two babies with her?" One if the men asked.
" Yes actually, come inside and I will tell you about, you both look extremely tired, would you like some tea and a sandwich?" I asked. The looked hesitant but gave in. They sat down at the table waiting for the tea and sandwich, one they were made I took it out to them and sat across from them.
" So the lady, yes, I first saw her running down the street frantically and she then came to our door. She asked if I could keep the babies, but I am single and don't have time for children, let alone babies who need attention all the time, and hiring a nanny would cost to much. So I said no and she started having a complete melt down. I didn't want to neighbors to see, because I have a good reputation you see, anyways I gave her some food, and this women had the audacity to tell me she is going to stay here to get away from the 'bad guys', you guys don't seem that bad, and that women could've been on something, so I told her know, knowing I couldn't pay for her AND some babies, she started crying again and ran out down the nearest store." I dragged out the story while behind my back I was pressing some buttons that locked everything in the house. Finally I heard police cars and sirens. The men got up and pointed a gun at me.
" Let is go, and we'll spare your life!" One said. Just then a police man knocked down the door.
" YOU TWO PUT YOUR HANDS IN THE AIR NOW!!!" They yelled. The men put down their guns and put their hands up.
" Are these the two men?" One police man asked. I nodded.
" Part of the human-trafficking system." I said. They put chains around their wrists, hard metal ones. They took them down too the station. The women and and Yo came rushing out.
" Thank you thank you thank you!" The women said sobbing into her hands while she put the babies on the couch, both of them asleep.
" Ma'am, would you like to stay here, until you can get stable again. Yo said.
" No, no that's too much, I'll go back to my family in Korea." She said.
" No, you are staying here and it's final, no arguments, you can get a job and I will stay here with the babies." Yo said.
" I can't thank you enough, honestly you don't have to do this." She said crying.
" No, we insist, we want you to be safe for a while." I said. She nodded.
" Here, you can go take a shower and if you need any help washing the kids, I will, the shower is down that hallway and there is a bathtub for the kids." Yo said whole handing her the babies. She nodded, thanking us again before leaving.
" Tomorrow I will go out with her to buy some clothes, meanwhile I'm going to lend her some hoodies of mine that are comfy, can you go get some diapers?" Yo asked. I nodded and left.
Yo POV
I went and got some clothes. Pha's sister stayed here a little while back and we still have some of her clothes. I went to the bathroom and knocked on the door.
" Ma'am, I have some clothes you can change into, Pha, my husband, went to get some diapers." I said. The door slowly open, a hand reaching out taking the clothes.
" Thank you." She said.
" No problem, tell me if you need anything." I said and walked to the living room. A few minutes later she walked out with the clothes on. Towels wrapped around the babies. I never got a good look at her before, but she was beautiful.
" Ma'am what's your name?" I asked.
" Ae- Cha." She said shyly.
" You are beautiful, a beautiful name for a beautiful lady!" I said happily. She smiled.
" Tomorrow, if you are comfortable, would you like to go out and buy some clothes for you and the kids?" I asked.
" Um, yes but for safety reasons, can the babies stay here with Pha?" She asked.
" Of course." I said and smiled. Pha returned with the diapers and some toys.
" Hey, there was a whole toy section so I thought why not?" He said smiling. Ae-Cha took the diapers and helped her put them on the babies. We laid the toys out and let them play and giggled.
A few years later
No ones POV
Ae-Cha, Yo, Pha, Byung-woo and Bong Cha, and Pha and Yo's child, a little boy who's name is Bon-Hwa. Bon-Hwa and Byung-woo started dating( Byung-woo being the bottom😂 sorry had to include that) and even though Ae-Cha getting a girlfriend named Bong-Cha and even though they have enough money, they lived in one house, happily ever after. Also Bong Cha for a gf named Chun-Hei.
