Jasmine P.O.V

The next morning, everybody was acting weird and shifty. Sadly, Shayla was out of town, and Emily was sick. So no besties. And I'm pretty much alone. But I didn't mind as much. I walked through the doors, and some people gasped, and I started to get agitated. I walked faster to my locker, and some people were still staring at me. I couldn't take it anymore.

"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU GUYS STARING AT? TAKE A FUCKING PICTURE, IT LASTS LONGER!!!"

Some people quickly looked away. I still felt a bit of people staring, but I did my best to ignore it. I walked to my first class, which, annoyingly, was Science. As soon as I stepped in, people gasped, some snickered. Then I caught Corbyn's eye. He made kind of a sad face. I suddenly burst into tears, and ran to the restroom. As I was running, I bumped into Daniel. I looked up at him, my eyes still wet.

"What happened?" He asked, wiping the tears from my face.

"People keep staring at me. I'm just so confused. Like, what's the big deal?"

He gave me the same look Corbyn gave me. He hugged me, then walked away. I sighed loudly, thank goodness I was in the hall alone. I went to a random locker, and gently banged my head on it. After like 5 minutes, I walked back to my class, and swiftly walked to my seat. I ignored everybody, and sat at the back of the class. I put in my earbuds, and played my Melanie Martinez mix.

~Skip to lunch, cause my dumbass is lazy as hell!~

I stuffed my backpack into my locker, and took out my phone and lunch. Since Emily and Shayla weren't here today, I decided to sit at one of the far tables in the back, alone. I didn't mind not having company, because It wasn't so bad. As soon as I was about to bite into my sandwich, Corbyn and Daniel sat across from me.

"Wassup, fam," Corbyn said, as he shook my hand. "You look lonely."

"I'm good, actually. So, what's going on with y'all?"

They exchanged a glance. "Well Jasmine,-"

"EXCUSE ME EVERYBODY, COULD I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION?"

It was Zach. Everybody looked up, but I ignored it. I scrolled through my phone, as I felt a tap on my shoulder. I looked up, and saw Zach. I slowly stood up, and I felt people staring, once again. I paused my music, and looked at him.

"Can I help you?"

"Jasmine, I'm sorry," he said. "I always bully you, because I just really like you. You are so smart, bold, and brave. You are the girl I have been searching for this whole time, and I love you. Would you make me a happy boy-" He took out a rose, and I gasped, "And go out with me?"

I stood there in frigid shock. I was waiting for him to say he was joking, but he looked sincere. Oh my gosh. I think I did like Zach. Maybe I should give him a chance? I think he really did change.

"Zach, I-"
