One we get off the bus finally I'll be away from Payton ugh 😑. I go to my schedule look at it and then Chase (Hudson) texts me saying we have most classes together but I have all classes with PAYTON! NO NO NOOO I can't have a class with Payton he'll distract the hell out of me. I text back Chase trying to conform that I have ALL classes with him and he replies to a yes. Great now my year has already downgraded. "Fun year here I come" I say in the most sarcastic way. As I put my stuff in my locker about to close it Payton closes it himself. "Looks like we're in all classes and YOU can't change it" He says. "Can you just leave me alone and shut up!" I yell at him and he flinches bc Im usually the quiet girl. "Ohhh feisty I like" he says. "Can you just leave me alone please it would make my day 1000x better Payton, please" I whisper yell. "ok" he says gently whispering in my ear and also telling me to meet him at the park after school. I get shocked by how gentle he was to me and for the rest of the day it just wanders around my head like moths flying around a light bulb...
After school-
I finally leave school texting my family group chat:
Mikayla:
Hey guys ima go to the park BY MY SELF and ya so ima miss the bus bc Im gonna work on some assignments and reading byeeee
Melody:
Ok I'll tell the bus driver
Mom:
Ok honey be safe!
Miles:
Aight bye

As I go to the park I start to get dizzy. I feel as if I can't breathe. I try to call for help but by the time I reach my phone I fall down and pass out in the middle of a sidewalk. Dumbass me has to forget my inhaler on the first day..... Many minutes later I feel something, someone, idk what but I slowly open my eyes and I'm in Payton's arms! While I analyze his beautiful eyes I interrupt my thoughts. "EWWW" I jump out of his arms trying to pretend that I didn't like my bully holding me.
