Chapter 13 Ephedian Lost Heiress

Bloom POV

"The Staff of Keys was owned and use by Lockette The Queen of the Locks in the whole magic universe, this staff was imbued with a very rare power called Gamma ray crystals that only be found every 500000 years, mysteriously this Staff has been on the hiding since the Goddesian wars, this staff cannot be obtain without Lockette's Boon." Queen Armeeda said and formed another scenario.

" Now to find the boon of Lockette you must learn how to harness the Power of Locks which can be obtain by solving the Complicated puzzle that blocks the pathway to lockette's Staff. " she explained and disappeared.

"Whats that suppose to mean " Iris asked but her question is the same as mine, "where could be that located?" Auriana asked and we all start brainstorming for the possible locations.

" Crystal Navigaræ" Talia chanted.

"what are you doing ?" I asked her. " I'm trying to find the location of a the puzzle that was mentioned by Queen Armeeda" Talia answered and continue her focus.

" Auriana can you use your weapon to act as a guide" Talia asked Auriana and she nodded.

"RIBBON OF VOLTA" she called and a gymnast ribbon like object occured in her hand.

"The ribbon is guiding us. Let's go." Auriana said and we all follow the yellow ribbon we encounter mazes along the way, until it landed on the ground where there is a huge area gthat was surrounded by cairns.

"What is this place, it seems as though someone has already been here " I said while looking around. the place was surrounded by nothing but rocks and stalactites. 

"Hey you guys, check this out " Musa said while picking a chunk of stone in the ground. " check out the texture of it, its shining like a brilliant blue. "Auriana commented and like her usual self she use a encantation to examine the brilliant stone.

"according to this rock , this stone has a little piece of gamma ray with a luminance of 0.5 um." she said and we all stared at the stone with awe. "Wow, and I thought that gamma ray can only be found in space." Flora said and we all stared at her ridiculously.

"so that means this must be a area where the shrine of Lockette is located, just like Queen Armeeda said." Iris said and we all seem to get the hint, but there is something that is forgotten.

"this means, to harness the power of locks we must find the stones with a gamma ray present, if this stone existed here. then there would be more of them in around here." I added and we all agreed and started to look for it.

"yow guys, someone needs help my necklace is glowing, this means someone is in trouble." Iris said and we all stared at her pendant.

"You go ahead the three of you will contact you through here." I said to them and gave each of them a communicating bracelet.

"Use this to communicate with us. we will inform you if there is progress okey." I said to them and they nodded and went away.

"The rest of you follow me" I ordered the team and we continue are search.

"Its been a hour there is no switch or any trace of gamma rays." Flora complained while sitting in the corner.

" we must not give up. continue looking" I said to them and urge them to continue to look for them. we were frustrated of this gamma ray thingy when all of a sudden a shiny shimmering object was sparkling, i went to it and pick it up. when i stared at it it was a hexagonal gem that seems to be containing a mysterious energy. and that energy reverberated to myself and i felt intense energy inside of me.

"what's happening, Bloom you ok there?" Musa ask and she stared like she was mesmerized by the dazzling light, and i don't know what happen next, because when i opened my eyes i was standing in a field with a castle that was surrounded by crystals of varying colors. I was mesmerised by it, and something is familiar about this place. It could be Domino?. I thought.

And all of a sudden the middle circlet in the center of the castle glow and a shard of light flew away and i was taken back to reality. "bloom you ok there?" Musa asked and I nodded, "I'm fine, I just spaced out" I replied and she nodded.

"Hey guys, have you found them? the gamma ray fragments?" Iris said popping out and stared at her, I wanted to ask her about the crystal kingdom that I saw but Talia beat me to it.

"guys have you seen a gemstone around here?" Talia asked and they all answered no. "you mean the gemstone that shapes like a pear cut shape?" I asked them and they nodded, "yes, It's called a oracle gem, that contains the power of Ephedia." Auriana answered. so that's an oracle gem and wait did she mention Ephedia?

"wait did you mention Ephedia?" I asked them and they nodded. Iris went to me and stared. "Do you know anything about Ephedia?, It's my hometown" Iris said to me and I told her about the time travel and everything.

" I heard that according to the book of magic, Ephedia is once the most powerful realm where it was ruled by the powerful deity called  Crystalline the Goddess of Crystallization  who created the realms where magic is purely made up of crystals, stalactites and other crystallized energy, and that  this energy is contain in a powerful artifact called the Wand of Crystals that existed once a magical being that has the blood of Crystalline herself." I told Iris on what i read in the book that I found in the Secret archives of Alfea.

" yes and according to my friends they claim that I am the lost Heiress of the Ephedia, the last sole survivor of it, I was raised in Earth with my aunt Helen. do you know any whereabouts of my parents? I wanna know them so bad" Iris said while tearing up, I can't help but be intrigued by her story, I can see myself in her, A special kid that was raised in Earth and we also have the same goal. to find our true heritage and family.

" I'm not sure if the book is right but it stated somewhere there that, Ephedia was attacked a long time ago by a Powerful Sorcerer who called himself Graymoor, he enslaved everyone caging them in the depths of the Castle, and the book stated also that the portal to Ephedia is protected by a powerful energy that only Graymoor himself can remove." I continued and she nodded.

" Iris I think you should go to Roc Mountain, find out the Secret library there, maybe you can find something there that could help you find your parents." Flora said and Iris and their team nodded.

"ok thanks Bloom, we will see each other soon" Iris bid goodbye and they disappeared into thin air.

" I can't believe she is the Lost heiress of the Ephedia, Is it just me or It's a Coincidence that we have met on this terms, with same goals, I have a feeling that there is more to her than i know, and I remember Queen Luminea's prophecy, " You must find the two mightiest being, to aid in stopping the upcoming war."

Now i remember, It could be Iris is one of the Mightiest being that was stated by the Queen or not, I'm overthinking things and it's messing with my head, giving me headaches, "Bloom check this out.

" what happen?" I said and went to where they stand, when i get there I was met by a glowing energy that was radiating below the Hole. I went to it ignoring the protest of my friends, It was too late, I was sucked down into the hole.

"BLOOOOM" their scream is the last thing i heard before I blacked out.
