She stared at the glowing computer-screen, bewildered that the clock had just stricken 1am.
A loud frustrated sigh escaped her lips and she widen her eyes in terror as she quickly covered them with her hands. The girl glanced over to her roommate's bed, praying that she was still sleeping deeply, thankfully the snores answered the prayers. Her eyelids grew more and more heavy and she knew she needed to continue working on her assignment tomorrow. As quiet as she could, she closed the laptop and put it on her nightstand before allowing her head to fall back on her pillows, and just like that, sleep consumed her.
