Walking through the lobby Scarlet smiled at the people behind the desk already knowing their faces, they recognized her and smiled back. She had her hands full with takeout food, Dany had told her that a few people from the team had to stay after hours to finish a project they had been having problems with so she decided to bring all of the food.

Once she got to the right floor she could hear voices from one of the biggest conference rooms in the floor, she followed the voices and sticking her head inside she smiled.

"Delivery" she announced in a sing-song voice "Is someone hungry?"

A chorus of "yes!" And "thank you" were heard around the room which she just laughed not minding at all. She knew how it was staying after hours stressed trying to get a project before the deadline.

"Thank you, babe," Dany said kissing her temple.

"Thank you very much, Miss Anderson," a particular deep velvety voice said. Zac's figure appeared right in front of her.

Her eyes widened in surprise, she was not planning on seeing him that evening working late. She mumbled a quick reply too nervous to say anything else; since the party at New Years' Eve she had not been able to get his face out of her head.

"I'm glad you're here," he said smirking, enjoying how nervous he made her "I would love for you to give us some thoughts on this project we're working on, with your experience I'm sure we can learn something valuable"

"Umm, sir I don't think she would be able to say anything. I mean she doesn't even know the basics of it" Dany said in a slightly defensive tone

Scarlet looked at him very displeased and opened her mouth to do a nasty remark but before she could even say anything someone else talked over her.

"She is very well capable of it. Not only is she very smart, but she also has incredible experience in this field not to mention she already knows the basics as she was the one who helped shaped them at our first meeting"

Zac's voice boomed through the room with authority, he could not stand that comment. How dare he doubt Scarlet's ability? Already irritated beyond belief at Dany, he gestured for Scarlet to take the center at the table.

She threw a look towards Dany in disbelief that he would doubt her like that in front of so many people. While everyone was digging in their food Zac explained the situation to Scarlet, it took her a few moments for her mind to go from that night a the party and the feel of his lips on her pussy to the present business at hand, however, when she got her thoughts in order she was all business talk and strategy.

They stayed at the office for a few more hours until Zac dismissed everyone saying how late it was, thanking everyone as they exited he promised a very well deserved reward for all their hard work.

"Thank you for all your help," Zac said to Scarlet looking into her eyes "I appreciate it. Is there anything I can do to repay you for all your work?"

The intensity of his eyes told her it was not monetary reward that he meant at all, squeezing her legs together she just smiled and responded kindly.

"I'm happy to be of your use"

Zac raised an eyebrow at her choice of words which she only responded smirking and looking directly into his eyes. She definitely did not only mean to be at his service for work.

"Take care of her," he said looking at Dany meaningfully "women like her are very rare to come by."

"Goodnight Sir" Dany responded curtly narrowing his eyes and placing a possessive arm around her shoulders.
