Fallen Over You

Chapter 9 Gran Torino

As Izuku stepped into the worn down building, there was a man on the floor, face down in a pool of blood, motionless and stiff. As Izuku let out a shriek of terror the man moved, causing a shiver to run through her body and for her to jump behind a chair to hide. The man looked up and said, "I am not dead!" This was to much for the poor greenette who promptly fainted.

After waking up she saw the once dead man and stopped, "H-hi my name is  I-Izuku please don't haunt me."

The old man laughed, "I'm not dead so I can't haunt you, so..." the man, who must be Gran Torino, looked at Midoriya with a serious look on his face, "who are you again?" Izuku face palmed hard into his forehead. 

"I am All Might's successor here for my internship, All Might told me you would be waiting for me." 

"Hmmm, I remember Toshi- All Might telling me something like that about his successor but... who are you?" Izuku face palmed and looked at the aged man with desperation in her  look wishing that he wasn't so dumb.  Before Izuku could answer him Gran Torino spoke up, "I need you to hit me."

Izuku was surprised at the old man's words, she gasped in shock, not realizing the extent of Gran Torino's power, she hesitated before speaking. "I... I don't think that's a good idea! You could get hurt or wor-" She was cut off by a swift kick to the face where she was shocked before flying back from the force of the kick.

"Either you attack me or you become my punching bag, your choice." Gran Torino quickly sped up and bounced around the room kicking everything around. "I don't know your power so the best way to test it is to through battle!"

Midoriya nodded and then immediately powered up, "One for All.., FULL COWLING" she screamed, she powered up and raced after Gran Torino he quickly jumped around faster kicking things off the wall and shaking the house. After a couple seconds Deku stopped and focused, listening and looking at all of the things around her, feeling the air move from Gran Torino, before, right when the old man passed by, reached out a hand to grab him out of the air and almost succeeded until the man jumped off of the reaching hand of the intern, then with a quick switch around kicked her in the face and stopped.

"I now see the skill you put into your quirk, but... you need to increase the power you could use. It isn't nearly enough to catch me yet." Gran Torino said, he looked at the young teen and grinned, but that was the first time that I have dodged for real in a while, not bad kid. "We will be doing this every day but for now, time to eat!" He turned around and saw the food on the floor.

Before a word could come out of Izuku's lips Gran Torino cried out, "MY TAIYAKI!!!" As he sobbed at the food on the floor, he kept on crying out until Izuku could finally get a word in.

"I'll go pick up more for you!!! I'll be back in a second!" As Izuku ran out of the house she thought back to her fight with All Might's master. His moves were so fast! I can't keep up at this pace, I need to somehow train my body to withstand more of my quirks power, or else I will never become the symbol of peace!!! She thought this then sprinted to get food for her new intern.

Le Time Skip:

It was late in the night and Midoriya was in an alleyway looking down, studying her hands and feet. Coming to some sort of decision she looked forward and assumed a ready pose with closed eyes. She felt the power bestowed on her grow, she kindled the flame, making sure it wasn't hot, then opened her eyes she felt her power growing in her body before she jumped upwards. I have been so focused on maintaining five percent I didn't try and grow, but that is what I need to do!

"One for All... Full Cowling 8%!" Izuku screamed as she rocketed into the sky, with two jumps she reached the top of the buildings then stood their panting, waiting for her body to rest before jumping back down. "I DID IT!!!" She smiled, remembering something Kacchan said, "A quirk is just like a muscle, it gets used and can hurt" but, Izuku thought, just like a muscle it can grow larger! She smiled at herself before gearing up to try again.

Le Time Skip (Again):

In the morning Gran Torino woke Izuku up with a slap to the face, "WAKE UP, it is time to eat." Izuku's eyes blinked, before sitting up quickly, and then looking at the old man.

She yawned, "I'm up let's eat." After they ate Gran Torino stood up quickly. He got into a ready position and started jumping from side to side. Izuku tried to focus on his movements, following them. The wall. Floor. Desk. Cabinet. Sofa. And now he's coming for... ME! She immediately jumped up and swing a One For All charged kick at the human bullet, nearly hitting him, before he swept his legs forward and shot off in the opposite direction.

Not letting up on the attacks, she kept charged up and leaped after the old man, speeding up to try and stay with him. She slowly "increased the heat on the microwave" until she felt the perfect setting, 8%. Izuku sped up jumping from wall to wall and nearly catching up to the old bastard.

As she reached her hand out, the man sped up before jumping to the ceiling and coming down feet first, ramming into the young girls back. She shuddered and fell to the floor, "That was some amazing speed there," Gran Torino said, "But I am much faster when it comes to a race at your level." Midoriya nodded getting ups lowly and shrugging of the pain.

"What I need from you right now, is for you to push past the limits, even more then you have last night, now get ready you maggot." As Gran Torino got back into his position Midoriya did the same, awaiting the training that was about to take place, ready to grow her body even more.

Yo whats up my fellow degenerates, I may be really late, and I have no excuse for it, most of my free time has been me reading a crap ton of manga, just like the rest of us here. So please forgive me that this is a little short I just wanted something up for once.
