"Alright let's see what she hit you with." Peridot told us and I gulped as steven pulled out the inactive sythe and putting it to her eye. "Whoa was there like a laser or-" Bismuth cut her off by grabbing it.
"BE CAREFUL WITH THAT! Its a rejuviator..." I held onto Spinel and Steven as she activated it. "Y/n something wrong?"
"Its a part of Y/n's memories..." Steven quickly explained.
"Homeworld used to use them on any gem who stepped out of line... They were used during the war... I got hit with one." I explained looking at the ground. "Anything further than that I can't remember..." I looked at Ruby and Sapphire.
"One hit and you're back to how they made you..." Bismuth looked at them as well Ruby got defensive.
"Oh my stars I touched it! I could have lost all my character development!" Peridot exclaimed. Can we stop breaking the forth wall? I thought. "How did you survive getting hit with that thing steven?"
"I think I didnt... My human half kept me from poofing, but my gem half took the hit..."Steven realized
"It like youre a... A kid right?! Oh this isnt good..." I said looking at him. "Do we need the diamonds?"
"Youre the one with Healing powers... Of anyone can fix this its you..." Lapis told him.
"I cant believe this... For the first time in years everyone is in danger, everyone needs me, and I'm Useless!" Steven told us.
"No you aren't steven..." I told him "Biz what do we do?"
"I'm sorry I dont know.." She looked at her fist and spinel wrapped her arm around my arm.
"Garnet would know what to do... She always does..." Steven said barely a whisper and spinel dragged me over towards Steven.
"Hey dont be sad..." she told him.
