an aroma of warm coffee flourished in the air, ambushing the people's noses as they consumed their beverage, savoring every content of it. bells against doors chimed in every now and then, signaling employees that a new customer has entered. its sounds tinkling accompanied by the occasional opening and closing shuffling of the door. a lenient smile curved to your lips while you relished on your possessing choice of drink. you were outside, peacefully sitting under an umbrella that provided a seat and a table near the café. you savored your surroundings when your eyes never peeled away from the marvelous spectacle that seemed to illuminate you.

the swishing noises of water against sand eased your ears, reminding you of a special memory when you were a young and an optimistic child. it removed the burden that seemed to weigh on your shoulders despite how relaxing your exterior may be. your leg was resting above your other one, making it look like you were just as classy as the rest. you had your rounded-shades masking your soft [your eye color] crystal globes. it seemed to be barely visible alongside with your thick lashes. it fluttered under the sunshine, reflecting against the sparkling window of the ocean.

distant squawks from seagulls floated in the area, some circling in the sky while others lingered on the coast. voices of the yokohama citizens rolled on the boardwalk, each of them expressing a resonating vibrancy. their shoes trudged on the surface of the wooden planks, creating a certain bustle of an initiating train. one pair of shoes padded on the floor caught your attention, making your gaze avert at the scenery and focus on the nonchalant steps of hooves instead. although your face occupied glasses, it was a beneficial material to use as a fake display. you appeared to be looking far away with a faraway look, but actually, you were simply aiming your regarding glance at the upcoming person that produced the footsteps.

❝ i can't help but look at your eyes, ❞ a honey-filled disembodied voice poured into your eardrums, soothing you almost in a way a mother would lull her babe to sleep in tenderness, ❝ in spite of the fact you are wearing those glasses, your irises are screaming loneliness. ❞ the voice belonged to a male, whose feigned-bright chocolate eyes also seemed to scream loneliness too.
