Let's talk about diet today~

So firstly, I don't encourage extreme diets like IU and stuff but maybe try some these options.

I work in a fast food restaurant now and it's really difficult for me smelling all the fries and chickens and burgers ㅠㅠ

WELL ANYWAY.

(I was supposed to have a point with this—)

1. Be healthier.
Being healthier than you usually are is always great. It's for a positive change. For example, sitting all day watching your Netflix or Kdramas isn't going to help with losing your weight. Here are some suggestions :)

- If for example, you were to choose between a burger or salad. Take the salad. Salads make you feel fuller because of the dietary fibres. So you won't feel hungry for some time.

- Eat a lot for your breakfast. If you eat a lot for your breakfast, you won't feel hungry during lunch at all. Plus, if you're conscious about your weight, you will automatically think that you shouldn't eat lunch because you've already had a lot for breakfast. Your breakfast will be something like a brunch. So you don't have to worry much about gastric or anything like that.

For example, for breakfast/brunch you can have, let's say...

Breakfast: A cup of Low-fat milk, cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, 3 oat biscuits.

Lunch: Salad with a cup of honey water.

Dinner: Rice with two side dishes.

Don't put yourself to such extreme measures because this chapter is only for those who have Low-self esteem. I hope this helped you ^^

Being an ulzzang, having a model-like/ idol-like body is an essential because ulzzang's are models for brand's and are influencers as well. I'm not encouraging you to have this thinking but of course you don't have to get such a body. Their body shape is a healthy one so you don't have to worry. As Long as you are fit, you're good to go!!

Speaking about fitness, ulzzangs diets are usually 70% diet and 30% exercise. You have to exercise to be fit as well. This will be a boost in your journey to keeping fit and in shape!
