Chapter Fourteen- Revealing Gender pt2

Cameron's POV

Should I say yes? Or No? 

"Shawn... I am honor that you asked me that is a big decision.. So I am going to say yes. Yes I will be the godfather." I tell Shawn 

"Thanks man. That means a lot." Shawn tells me 

"Is Taylor coming?" I ask him 

"Yeah he's suppose too." He tells me 

"Okay let's go in the building to help set up." I say

"Yeah let's go." He says. We carry everything in while the girls started putting the tables together and decorating. 

"Boys can you do the welcome sign  and the top stuff?" Aves asks us

"Yeah."Shawn says and we did what we was told. Then they started putting the plates and forks on the table, all of the gift bags was on one whole table 

"Hey baby how many people is coming?" Shawn asks Aves

"Like 20-30. Why?" Aves says 

"Damn that's a lot of people." I tell Shawn 

"Just wondering." He says 

"Alright I'm done with the twisting thing for the gift table." Aaliyah says 

"Alright we're pretty much done." Mrs. Mendes says 

"Alright ready?" Aves asks us. Me and Shawn got done with the high stuff

"Yeah let's go." Everyone says and we leave 

Dinner time* 

Avery's POV 

Right now me and  Aaliyah are making dinner and we are almost done. 

"Are those done?" I ask her 

"Yeah I just pulled them out." Aaliyah tells me 

"Alright let's go get everyone." I tell her we went into the living room

"Dinners done." We say. We all went in the kitchen and got our food and all that. 

"Wow Avery this is really good." Mr. Mendes tells me 

"Thank you." I tell him

"He's right this is really good. Thank you for cooking you guys." Karen says 

"Your welcome." I tell her 

After dinner and in bed 

"You ready for tomorrow?" Shawn asks me 

"Yeah I can wait." I tell Shawn 

"Me neither." He says 

"I love you." I tell him 

" I love you too baby girl." Shawn says, I move closer to him and lay beside him. He wraps his arms around my belly

"What should we name the babies?" He asks me 

"I was thinking Rosa Aaliyah Mendes and for a boy Gaberial Peter Mendes." I tell him 

"You had a lot of time to think about that huh?" Shawn says 

"Yeah if you spent two weeks in a room all by yourself worried what else can you think about?" I tell him 

"I love them." Shawn says 

"I do too." I say

Avery's POV
"What if its another girl or boy since it is triplets." Shawn tells me 
"For a girl Evelyn Maria Mendes, and a boy I'll let you pick that one." I tell him 
"How about Shawn Peter Raul Mendes Jr?" Shawn says 
"And the baby comes out looking like you? Yeah no." I tell him 
"Michael  Raul Mendes." Shawn says 
"I like it." I tell him 
"You should get some sleep  baby girl. We have a busy day tomorrow, I love you." Shawn said to me 
"Okay I love you too. Good  night  I said to him 
"Good night baby girl."He says I tilted my head up while he bent his down to my level, our lips connect but it wasn't like any of our other kisses. It was passionate, I felt little sparks until the babies started kicking. I smiled between the kiss, I pulled away from Shawn and looked down to my belly
"Is this alright with you guys?" I said 
"What?" Shawn asked breathless 
"Their kicking." I told him grabbing his hand and putting it on my belly 
"Baby I have something to tell you." Shawn says quietly in a serious voice I looked up at him. 
"What is it?" I asked 
"I have to go to New York after the gender reveal." Shawn tells me
"What?" I said in disbelief
"I'm sorry I thought it be a couple days later after the party but I have to leave after we find out the genders." Shawn tells me 
" Why didn't you tell me instead of keeping it from me?" I asked moving away 
"Cause I didn't want to make you mad or upset like you are right now." Shawn tells me 
"You should of thought about that against Before you told me" I told him getting up and going into Aaliyah's room. I knocked softly
"Yeah?" Aaliyah said in a sleepy voice 
"May I come in?" I asked 
"Avery?" She asks
"Yeah." I say 
"Come on in." She tells me 
"What's wrong?" She asks 
"I'm upset with Shawn. I don't want it to turn into a fight." I told her
"You can sleep in here. You don't have to ask." She told me 
"Thanks Aaliyah." I say 
"No problem I love you like a sister." She says I walk over to her bed and undo the other part of the bed and climbed in
"Good night Aves." She told me 
"Good night and thank you again." I said and we peacefully fell asleep 
MORNING  Shawn's POV 
I just woke up and I feel bad about last night with Avery. I am trying to tie my bow  then I heard 
"Shawn?" Someone said
"Yeah?" I said still trying to  tie this little bow then I hear footsteps coming closer 
"It's me Haliey." " The person said I smiled. I walked out of the bathroom and into my bedroom 
"Haliey." I said smiling going up to her and hugging her
"Hey." Haliey says after we hug
"What are you doing here?" I ask her 
"For the gender reveal silly." Haliey  says I laugh nervously
"What?" She asks 
"Does Avery know your here?" I ask
"Why? Do I bother her?"She asks
"I wouldn't say that." I tell her
"I don't care I'm here to support you and your kids." Haliey says
"It's not only about me. It's about Aves too. She is carrying them." I tell her
"Do you need help with that?" Haliey asks me
"What?" I ask
"Your tie Shawn." Hailey says I look down oh. 
"Oh yeah." I say laughing. She moves her arms by me and start doing my tie, she starts moving her face close to me and kisses me 
"Shawn?" Someone says 
AVERY POV 
"I'll be back I'm gonna go get my curly iron." I tell Aaliyah and Mahogany
"Alright."Mahogany says I smile. I go into Shawn's room and seen him kissing Hailey 
"Shawn?" I say he instantly pulls away from Haliey 
"Its not what you see Avery." Shawn tells me 
"So it doesnt look like you was just kissing her? Okay." I say going all the way in his room and getting my stuff but having trouble 
"Avery let me help you." Shawn says 
"No I got it." I told him I look at  Haliey
"Why are you here?" I ask her 
"Because I was invited." She says 
"No you weren't." I tell her
"Yeah I was." She tells me "Bye who?" I ask
"Shawn." She says I look over at Shawn wow I mouthed and left the room. 
"Avery what's wrong?" Mahogany asked me as I entered the room 
"Nothing." I lied she gave me 'your lying' face 
"I don't wanna talk about it. Today isn't about fighting its about my babies." I tell her
"Oh that can't be good." Mahogany says while I plug my curly iron in
"Believe me it isn't." I say separating my hair then I started to curl it. The memory of Shawn and Camila kept repeating in my head, I was also done but I got distracted so I brunt my hand 
"Dang!" I said in pain 
"Avery be careful!" Mahogany said 
"Sorry. I'll be back." I say and leave the room and downstairs
"Hey Avery." Karen says 
"Hi Karen."I said
"What happened?" She asked noticing my hand
"I burnt myself curling my hair." I told her 
"Oh my let me see." She says I walk over to her and show her my hand
"Oh my goodness let's get you a wrap." She says and grabs one out of her drawer she keeps in there just in case someone cuts themselves
"Thank you." I say
"Your welcome. You guys almost ready? You look stunning." Karen tells me 
"Yeah. And thank you, you look beautiful." I tell her
