Irresistible

Chapter 3

**Madion's P.O.V**

For most of the day Hayes and I just fooled around trying on clothes and making fun of each other. We decided that the mall was boring and walked to the place with the best memories.

We arrived at the playground near the wood. When Hayes and I young we used to always come here and we made a fort deep in the wood where nobody would find it

"So many great memories here" I said looking at the Fort up in a tree. We were kids when we built it. So it's probably not even safe but of well.

"Let's go up" Hayes said and looked at me with excited in his eyes

"You've got to be kidding me hayes!" I laughed at his childish remarks.

"No lets actually go up there, come on mads it will be fun" he said as he started climbing the branches one by one. I finally agreed with him and made my way up the tree. I could tell by every step I took it wasn't built very well. The ladder going up weren't even.

"Hayes, I can't reach this one" I said nervously.

"Take my hand" he held out his hand for me to grab. I did as shown and he pulled me up. He was still holding my hand.. I looked at Hayes who was looking down an our hands. I felt like the butterfly's in my stomach were having a party.

I pulled away and ask "do you remember this?" I giggled. It was a carving in the tree that was holding the old Fort up.

"Hayes + Maddie = Best Friends 4 Life"

He looked at it for a moment trying to pick out what was carved. He started to laugh his breath taking laugh. "I'm glad we still are" he said look at me.

I smiled and replied "yeah, me too" Hayes walked over to the other side of the small boards "what are you doing?" I ask curiously. He didn't answer me. He found a knife that we left here from the last carving.

He walked back to where I was sitting and started to carve. I wondered what he was carving but didn't bother asking knowing I wasn't going to get an answer. He looked so beautiful and concentrated. His eyebrows were all scrunched up, as if he was writing a test. His tongue was out just a peek.

He finished and told me to come see, I scooted over and gazed at the fresh carving that was placed into the tree.

It was a stick figures. "Is that me and you?" He just smiled at me. The picture was of me and him holding hands and above it said "Hayes and Maddie 2014" I smiled and blushed "Hayes it's amazing"

He replied with a "thanks.." And continued "let's go back to my house, I'll pick up some junk food on the way and we can watch movies. Sound good?" I nodded excitedly as we made our way down and walked back.

Wow, what a perfect day.
