Matthew and I were walking to class and headed inside once we got in there we heard,
"Oh look it's the nerd and a slut!" she said causing the whole class to laugh.
"What's your problem!?" I yelled.
"Oh I don't have a problem, you do. you are just a wannabe that nobody likes. they just want to get to her body and leave her hanging but I won't be surprised when your stomach will grow nonstop for 9 months." she said giggling.
"Yeah well how many months are you in?" I asked causing the whole class to make some ooohhhs.
"Poor Abigail, you just don't understand do you?, well I suppose you should get to your seat, the teacher is waiting." she said sitting down chewing her gum.
Me and Matthew went to go sit down at the back of the class in a far corner.
"Sorry about all that, it's my fault, I shouldn't have dragged you into this with me." he said looking down.
"Hey it's not your fault, a friend always stays, and may leave but will always come back." I said grabbing his hand.
"How about we ditch and go for some frozen yogurt instead of going to next period?" I asked.
"Sure." and we listened to the rest of the class and kept getting stares. once the bell rang we headed outside and ran as fast as we could to the parking lot.
"Where is your car!?" I asked him.
"Over here" he said and we found it and got in and drove to the frozen yogurt place.
Once we got there, we ordered and sat down and started talking.
"So what happened in California that we never got to?" he asked.
"Well my parents got divorced and my older sister killed herself, other than that everything went fine." I said tears brimming I. My eyes.
"Wait Karina killed herslef?! why!?" He said shocked as if he wanted to cry.
"Yeah my older brother Kyle, he took it really hard and just left. Also she really only talked to me and not to my parents she left me a note that said:
Abby, I love you so much, you need to understand why I did this, I wasn't happy and my boyfriend was constantly beating me which is why I always wore long sleeves and sweaters and pants. I love you so much, don't worry you have someone special watching over you. I will always protect you.
