A young girl sat on the floor in a dark room, unable to see her own hand in front of her face. She stood up slowly as a bright spotlight shined down on her. Her bright blue eyes blinked quickly to adjust to the sudden harsh light.

"Where am I?" The girl nervously tugged at her short, blonde hair when another light filled the dark room. One light after another, until the room was engulfed in a soft golden glow.

"Doors...?" She questioned aloud. Seven large doors surrounded her in a circle. They were old, wooden doors with rounded tops and looked like they hadn't been opened in years. Curious, she walked towards one of them and peeked around it. Nothing was behind them, so how were they standing on their own? She walked back over to the middle of the doors, glancing at each one with wonder and fear.

In the corner of her eye, she saw movement. Falling from above were torn pieces of paper. She held her hand out and grabbed one of them. There appeared to be writing on it. She quickly grabbed the other fallen pieces and began to put them together like a puzzle. Laying before her was a note written in ink. The writing was in a delicate cursive font.

"Open the door and begin your adventure!"

Looking up at each door, how was she to decide which one to open? Maybe she could take a look behind each one...

"Who am I kidding? There's no way these doors can lead anywhere. They're not even attached to anything!" The girl laughed to herself. She was trying to squeeze between two doors to look for anyone who could help her when she heard something.

Stopping in her tracks, she glanced over to see a door shaking like someone was trying to open it from the other side. A faint blue glow could be seen under the door. A shadow moved behind the door as it shook again. She slowly walked towards the glowing door. Now standing in front of it, the door was silent. The glow and the shadow vanished.

"Okay... This is getting weird..." She slowly backed away from the door when a white playing card shot out towards her feet. Vibrant red hearts covered the card along with two tiny seven's. She scooped up the card and stood closer to the door. Her hand rested softly on the doorknob. Taking a deep breath her hand tightened its grip.

Her eyes went from door to door to door. There seemed to be no other way out of wherever she was besides one of these doors. And once she went through one of them, what then? Where would she end up next? Would she even be safe there? She held up the playing card and flipped it through her fingers. What does all of this even mean?

"Only one way to find out..." She pushed the door open and took a leap of faith.

As soon as the door shut behind her, it transformed into a mirror. She locked eyes with her reflection.

On her feet were black flats with tiny silver buckles on them. White socks stretched to her knees with a red diamond on each ankle. She was wearing a strapless, light blue dress that poofed out on the bottom. A white apron was wrapped around her waist tied up in a bow. In the bottom left corner of it was another red diamond. Her hands had white gloves on them and around her neck was a black cameo necklace. The cameo, on closer inspection, had the playing card on it, now smaller. In her hair was a thin black headband. Looking over herself a few times she began to laugh.

"Wow, I look just like--" She was cut off by what she saw in the reflection around her. She spun around on her heels to gaze in awe at the magnificent forest trees. Flowers covered the ground, almost forming a path in the dirt. With a wide grin on her face, she trailed off into the forest. She walked into a clearing and sat on a large boulder.

"This place is beautiful!" She thought aloud. To her left the bushes ruffled and she stood up quickly. She swallowed hard, anything could be in that bush. Two long, white rabbit ears poked out between the leaves. The girl giggled and kneeled down. She held out her hand and tried to coax the rabbit from hiding.
