Uhhhhh, What the F- *takes a deep breath* it's like I'm watching the bachelorette, like which one is my dearest Sister going to choose. I look at them and Clary is still looking at both of them like she doesn't know what to choose.  GOD uhh. " Clary, Come on we got to go," Simon said. and I see Clary shaking her head. " Oh for God sake let's just go inside" I finally said while rolling my eyes. 

" Simon, Eli is right, I think Jace can help us" Clary FINALLY said while taking Simon's hand to reassure him. uh duhhh.

" How do we know this Mick Jagger-looking guy is even gonna try-" Simon said only to be cut off by Jace aka Hot Stuff. " Mundane, we do not have the time," Jace said.

We walked into the Church and Jace started creating a rune. " I know, trust me," Clary said. " He's like, burning himself," Simon said. I rolled my eyes at his statement. Jace holds Simon's hand and Simon being Simon said " Buddy, what's going on man? I'm not your type, man. I don't even... where are we?... Clary is there a war going on that I don't know about"

"There is now," Jace said. " I think my mother is at the center of it," Clary said. 

"What is this place? there's a lot of gear here, what did you guys do, rob a tech shop?" Si said. "So this cold-blooded killer is going to help us?" he asked Clary. Jealous much.

" He's not a killer, he's protecting us" Clary answered. " Specifically you two. It's sort of our thing" Jace said to Clary and me. " Your thing. You guys have a thing" Simon asked. kill. me. now. I rolled my eyes and said " he means a shadowhunter thing" 

" That's what they do protect humans from demons," Clary said finishing my sentence. We tend to do that,  sometimes I wonder if it's a twin thing. " demons, right. that makes perfect sense, cause they are demons running all around New York." Si said

" That is the first correct thing you said all day," Jace said. " Won't they find us?" I asked Jace. " No. Our wards will deter them. and the NYPD will their typical Mundie thing for a few hours and then the area will be clear." Jace answered.

" What is going on," Alec said, " why is there a mundane in the institute? ". 

" A circle member followed him to get to Clary and Elizabeth," Jace said. " A circle rune, just like the guys that  took our mother," C said [ she will call Clary "C" sometimes just like she call Simon SI] 

" What exactly is a circle member and why are they trying to kill us," Si said. " All we know is a long time ago, the circle led a revolt. A lot of shadowhunters got killed including my father" Jace said. Oh, his father is dead, how sad.

"and we've been forbidden to even hear about the circle," Alec said. " But how is that even possible. It's your history" C said.  " Says the girls who didn't know they were shadowhunters," Jace said. 

" Yeah. Yeah, you're right and now the one person who knows the truth is now missing, So we don't care about your rules or what's forbidden, there's got to be someone out there who can tell us why they've taken my mother." Clary said. " There is, you guys are, coming," Jace said. "yeah," Clary and me said.

" No, no, no, not you," Jace said stopping Simon. " Hey, We're a package deal," Clary said. " there are runes all over the training room floor that can kill your Mundie boyfriend," Jace said. I smirked. 

"He's not my--" "I'm not like--" Clary and Simon said at the same time. I raised my eyebrow watching them while smirking. " We're, uh, just friends," Si said and I laughed. " Best friends," Clary said. "Ouch," I said while holding my heart and Jace turn and smiled at me.

" Yeah, and I'm tough. I can handle runes. So uh, bring on the runes. " Si said while hitting Jace. God, it's so painful watching this. " what exactly are runes" he said. wow I think he hurt himself.
