I pressed my lips onto benjis and soon it turned into a full blown make out session.

We both pulled away and tried to catch our breaths. I was smiling like an idiot and so was he.

"I can't believe it's actually you!"He almost shouted.

I roughly pulled him into a hug and put my face in his neck. We rocked back and forth in our hug and when we pulled away I took my hands in his.

"Movie?"

I nodded quickly and ran and jumped on the bed.

He laughed and walked up to me and sat down next to me. He was couple inches away from me so I scooted next to him and sat in between his legs.
He wrapped his arms around my stomach and I put my hands on his.

I look up to see him smiling and teary eyed.

"Are you ok bubba?"

"Are you ok bubba?"

That made me cry even more. Bubba was what we used to call each other before he had to leave.

"Yeah I'm just...really happy" I said with a stupid grin. I didn't care how cringy it was, because it was true.

He looked at me and smiled brightly before sitting up to hug me.

We stayed there for a while in silence. It wasn't an uncomfortable silence though. It was calming.

The movie began and I pulled away and stared him in the eyes.

"Wanna order a pizza?" I asked him

"Yes!"

I ordered the pizza and we went back to watching the movie. We got a knock on the door about 20 minutes later and Jorge went up to go and get the pizza.

I sat up with my legs crossed and watched him walk back over to me. He put the pizza down on the bed and went to grab something from the next room.

He came back with the stuffed animal I got him when he was younger and I teared up again for the third time that night.

He had it in his arms and he came over to me and sat on my lap facing the TV.

"You still have that stuffed animal?"

"Yeahhh...I can't sleep without it" His face went red at the last sentence.

"That's the actuall cutest thing"

He smiled and I kissed his head. We carried on watching the TV and eating pizza.

It was just gone 6:30pm and that's when I realised that we have no food or anything for the next day.

"Ummm I kinda just realised that we have no food or anything" I laughed and he giggled back.

"Oh yeah! I'll go to the mall now"

"On your own? Are you sure?"

"Yes Benjamin it's not like I'm gunna get lost is it?"

I laughed and he got up to put on his shoes. I took of my hoodie and he gave me a confused look.

"What are you doing?" He asked

"It's cold out, take this and call me if you need anything"

I got up and slipped my hoodie over his head. I bent down to tie his laces. He always used to struggle with his laces before he left and always used to make me do it.

I smiled at the memory and went to the other foot.

I tied his shoes in a double knot and kissed his hand.

He ran his fingers through my hair and I went up to kiss him.

"Thanks Benjamin" He said.

I just smiled back and ruffled his hair.

"Ok I'll be 10 minutes" He started to walk out the door but I stopped him and turned him around gently.

"Stay safe ok? It's starting to get dark so ring me if you need anything."

"Benjamin" he laughed. "I'm going to the mall 5 minutes away from here I'll be fine!"

I sighed. "Yes I know but ring me if you need anything ok?"

"Yes Benjamin I know" I kissed him and he put his fingers through my hair before walking out the door.

I sighed and finished the half a slice of pizza jey started.

I made it to the mall but I could feel a pair of eyes on me. I shrugged it off and filled the cart with groceries and some chocolate and other things for Benji.

I went to the till and handed the cashier my money. She gave me the change and my bags and I thanked her and walked out the shop.

I started walking back but I could sense someone watching me. My breathing quickened and I started walking faster.

"Hey! You therreeee!" Someone shouted. I froze. I could recognise that voice from anywhere.

I started speed walking and I took my phone out my pocket. I was two minutes away from the dorm and I heard the footsteps behind me quicken.

I shakily texted Benji and he answered instantly.

Me: Benjamín help me please

Benjamin💞: Jorge? whats wrong?

Me: come to me Benjamin please

Benji💞: I'm coming keep walking.

"Jorge!"

I turned around to see benjis dad standing there with a beer bottle in his hand. Just like it was when I had to leave years ago.

I turned back around and kept running before I tripped up and crashed to the ground.

I looked up to see him running towards me holding the empty beer bottle above his head.

I leant my head back against the wet concrete behind me and closed my eyes.
