Domino Effect - A situation in which something, usually something bad, happens, causing other similar events to happen. 

Stockholm syndrome is a condition which causes hostages to develop a psychological alliance with their captors during captivity. These alliances result from a bond formed between captor and captives during intimate time together, but they are generally considered irrational in light of the danger or risk endured by the victims.

There are four key components that characterize Stockholm syndrome:

A hostage's development of positive feelings towards the captor

No previous relationship between hostage and captor

A refusal by hostages to cooperate with police forces and other government authorities

A hostage's belief in the humanity of the captor because they cease to perceive the captor as a threat when the victim holds the same values as the aggressor

Stockholm Syndrome - is a "contested illness" due to doubt about the legitimacy of the condition. It has also come to describe the reactions of some abuse victims beyond the context of kidnappings or hostage-taking. Actions and attitudes similar to those suffering from Stockholm syndrome have also been found in victims of sexual abuse, human trafficking, terror, and political and religious oppression.

Profiling - the recording and analysis of a person's psychological and behavioral characteristics, so as to assess or predict their capabilities in a certain sphere or to assist in identifying a particular subgroup of people.

BDSM - is a variety of often practices or involving  and other related interpersonal dynamics. Given the wide range of practices, some of which may be engaged in by people who do not consider themselves as practising BDSM, inclusion in the BDSM community or subculture is usually dependent upon and shared experience.

The BDSM initialism.

The term "BDSM" is first recorded in a posting from 1991, and is interpreted as a combination of the abbreviations B/D (Bondage and Discipline), D/s (Dominance and submission), and S/M (Sadism and Masochism). BDSM is now used as a catch-all phrase covering a wide range of activities, forms of , and distinct subcultures. BDSM communities generally welcome anyone with a non-normative streak who identifies with the community; this may include , enthusiasts, , , and others.

Psychopathy is traditionally a personality disorder characterized by persistent antisocial behavior, impaired empathy and remorse, and bold, disinhibited, and egotistical traits.

Sadist - a person who derives pleasure, especially sexual gratification, from inflicting pain or humiliation on others.

Masochist - the tendency to derive pleasure, especially sexual gratification, from one's own pain or humiliation.

(in general use) the enjoyment of what appears to be painful or tiresome.

Bipolar disorder - its extreme mood swings from depression to mania, used to be called manic depressive disorder. Bipolar disorder is very serious and can cause risky behavior, even suicidal tendencies, and can be treated with therapy and medication.

Stalking - is unwanted and/or repeated surveillance by an individual or group toward another person. Stalking behaviors are interrelated to and and may include following the victim in person or monitoring them.

 Avoidant Personality -is characterized by feelings of extreme social inhibition, inadequacy, and sensitivity to negative criticism and rejection. 

Narcissism - is the pursuit of gratification from or admiration of one's idealised and attributes. This includes self-flattery, perfectionism, and arrogance.

Schizophrenia - a long-term mental disorder of a type involving a breakdown in the relation between thought, emotion, and behavior, leading to faulty perception, inappropriate actions and feelings, withdrawal from reality and personal relationships into fantasy and delusion, and a sense of mental fragmentation.

Psychosis - is an abnormal condition of the mind that results in difficulties determining what is real and what is not. Symptoms may include false beliefs (delusions) and seeing or hearing things that others do not see or hear
