The secondary hallway is a more staff/prisoner Hallway that goes from reception down to the cellblocks and all that... Another hint I will leave a door number area
Civilian hallway-
There is a little remote control inspection room with cameras overlooking the yards and all that then after that is a key jail door then down another hallway then you arrive at a door where the control room has to open remotely
