Chaeyoung's POV

I set my phone down on the counter smiling after I read her last text and got up from my seat to go to restock the items on the shelves. I thought about the last time she came and how it took 2 hours to come. I hope it doesn't take as long. Just I had finished my work, the door chimed and someone walked in. I quickly went to the front counter and sure enough it was her. I smiled towards her as she started walking towards me.

"Hey Chae" she said as she got closer to the counter.

"That was fast, last time it took like 2 hours."

"Well it's not my fault that your store is so far away from my dorm."

"If it was so far, then why did you come?"

"I wanted to see you."

I smiled again before noticing she was still standing. "Do you want to sit? There a extra stool behind the counter." I said to her and pull out the stool behind the counter.

"Yeah, that would be nice." She answered before walking behind the counter and sitting down on the extra stool facing me smiling.

I smiled back at her before asking "have you eaten yet?"

"I had some toast in the morning."

"What!? How are you able to practice with barely enough energy?" I said before leaning down the counter to get my dinner from my bag. "Eat this, it's still warm. Your better eat it before it get cold." I said as I set the container down in front of her with a pair of chopsticks. I give her a bottle of water from the fridge.

"Did you bring this from home?" She asked as she picked up the chopsticks.

"Yeah. It was going to be my dinner. But you obviously need it more than I do so you eat it." I answered her, motioning her to eat.

"What are you going to eat for dinner if I eat this?"

"I will just eat some ramen or something. Its okay. Just eat it!!" I said her, seeing she still isn't eating.

"Thank you." She smiled and began to eat.

I watched her for a few seconds before hearing the door chime. A few girl around my age come in. They walked around grabbing a few things before coming towards the counter to pay. I smiled towards them and started scanning their things.

"Isn't that the girl the one in the picture with Lisa?" One of them.asked as she nudged the rest of her friends before pointing towards me. "Oh my God. I think it's her!!" Another one answered.

I could feel thir stair towards me as I continued scanning. I smiled at them and told them thir total pretending I didn't head them. And while that happened, Lisa was still eating and thank God she wore a bucket hat that cover her face.

"Do you know Lisa?" One of them asked as she took out her wallet for pay.

I smiled at them not answering her question and began putting in their payment.

"Well do you?" They asked again.

"Yes, I know Lisa."

"I knew it!!" One of them exclaimed.

I gave back their card and began bagging their items.

"Are you her girlfriend?" The same girl asked before getting hit lightly by the other girl.

"Of course not!! Our Lalisa wouldn't date someone who looks like that!!! She is probably some relative or a random friend!!" The other girl said.

I handed them thier bag ignoring what they said and thanked them from coming. They thankfully walked out and I sat down again sighing softly. I looked over to Lisa.

"Are you upset?" She asked.

"Why would I be upset?"

"Because of what the girl said"

"I don't care about what they said." I try to changed the topic. "Was the food good?" I asked as I started putting now empty containers back into my bag.

"It was very good. Did you make it?" She asked.

I smiled at her compliment before saying " yeah. And thank you."

She smiled back and there was silence for a few seconds.

"So-" I began but got cut off by her.

"I want to be your girlfriend"

"What!??" I looked at her confused.

"I want to be your girlfriend" she repeated again.

I smiled before answering "then be it."

She started grinning then got up and said "I gotta go".

"What? Right after asking to be my girlfriend."

She grinned cheekily before saying "I told them I would be back in 15 minutes and it is already 30 minutes."

I laughed and shook my head "okay go. Go!"

"But can I get some snacks? I told my members that I was going to get them but I didn't bring money"

"Then you will have to reimburse me."

"I will!! I promise!!" She said and grabbed some snacks and drinks.

I watched her slightly bewildered by the amount of food she was getting.
"Yeah!! You definitely need to pay me back." I said as I got out a large plastic bag for her to put the snacks in.

She st them in the bag and smiled at me once again. "Thank yooouuu." She said then pulled me into a hug then kissed my cheek before walking out of the store leaving me grinning ear to ear.
