A.N. - ok so I was thinking, it's time that Zayn and Leena meet. I was going to do something else but I just couldn't find the right words and stuff so I decided to go for this route. This is kind of edited but just comment any mistakes and I will fix them and oh yeah you should vote, if you want to of course. Also, feel free to leave any suggestions and questions that you need answers to and I'll get back to you. Enjoy

( I felt like this song definitely fits the scene and I love it so much for some reason!)

*Zayn POV*

Today is Friday which is my day to get loose and find myself a good lay for tonight. It's been a long week of "hard" work if you would even call it that. I can literally do everything I did this week at work with my eyes closed. I seriously need to find something more challenging to do. Or maybe even SOMEONE more challenging and complex to do. I'm tired of these "plain Janes".

A few days ago my buddy Grayson from high school hit me up and invited me to this yacht/ bonfire party. Apparently his girlfriend is hosting it and he wants me to go with him. Since I've got nothing better to do I agree. Who knows, I might even find myself a good lay over there although I hate uni girls.

They're so superficial and care more about how many followers they have on instagram and who they plan to date next than what's important. It's kind of infuriating because there is so much to the world like booze, money, power, love, security, family and of course sex. But obviously they think about the last one. Ohh yes, they definitely do.

I go for a more casual dress code and put on a pair of black jeans with a RVCA t-shirt and I leave my hair in its messy state. Nothing too major. I finish the look by wearing my white Nike airforce sneakers. I grab a black leather jacket in case it gets too cold and head out.

I park my car near the river and get out. The place is packed with sweaty teenagers and college students as well. I spot Grayson and start making my way towards him.

"Hey man." I greet him and we do a little bro hug. It's been a while since I've last seen him and he looks okay. There's a pretty brunette hanging off the left side of his shoulder. I'm assuming that that's Thandi from the way he clings onto her possessively.

"Hi! You must be Zayn." She says to me too cheerfully for me liking. She beams at me with a smile that looks to wide to be comfortable. I just offer her a faint smile in return and a nod. She seems to understand that I don't talk much and excuses herself to go and mingle with her guests.

Grayson and I continue talking for what seems like almost half an hour and then his little brunette returns and sits on his lap cutting off whatever conversation that we had going on. They start a full on make out session and I take that as my cue to leave. It's time I find me a hot little college blond.

I see a cute little blonde with boobs that look too large for life twerking with a group of her friends who are standing in a circle and I start making my way over to her. Just then someone trips in front of me and starts falling. I manage to move out of the way and catch her but I can't dodge the drink that gets spilled on my shirt. Shit, the little bitch messed on me.

She looks up at me with a frightened expression on her face. She seems shocked that she didn't fall. I guess she didn't plan on me catching her. She starts checking me out - this little bitch. I notice how her eyes linger on my torso and I'm flattered. I try hard to hold in my smile and remain angry. I stare at her with my icy eyes and I see her cower back and I notice the vein on her neck is pulsing irregularly meaning that she is afraid. She looks like she wants to say something but my eyes silence her.  I'm about to lash out at her.

_Leena-May's POV_

Liyah gets into the passenger seat and to my surprise its not Derek driving but it's her boyfriend Shawn. They start eating each other's faces off while I sit there at the back looking all awkward. And here I thought that tonight was going to be all about the girls.

The little voice in my mind is snickering at me. If you had a boyfriend then none of this would be happening. Oh please and have to sit here with relationship issues? No thank you. If this is what I'm in for then I might as well just uber there on my own.

I still can't shake off the feeling that I'm being watched and I start to wonder if I should have told my mom about everything that's going on. What did he mean when he said that he's closer than I think? Could he be watching me right now? I brush the thoughts off and decide that tonight I'm gonna have fun and live a little.

Liyah finally pulls away from Shawn and brushes his brown hair out of his face. He's not too bad looking, with tanned skin and bulky muscles and he's also not the best in school although he is a very good writer. He once wrote a poem for Aaliyah back in the fourth grade titled: My Rose. Granted, it had spelling mistakes and a lot of grammatical errors, but it's still the thought that counts as they say.

"Sup Leena. You good back there?" Shawn finally acknowledges me.

"Yeah I'm good. I was just watching the show that you guys put on and might I say that I am seriously traumatized." I reply. The sooner I can get that image out of my mind the better. I think I even saw a bit of tongue. Ewwwwww.

"Sorry about that. I can't help that my girl looks smoking today. You do too by the way. Glad to see that you decided to finally go out on a Friday night."

I see Liyah blushing bright pink at the subtle compliment that Shawn gives her. I smile. They're so sappy.

"I go out all the time. Like literally." I can't help but say. I mean nobody wants to look like they've got no social life.

"Oh really? Remember that the library, book store, school, grocery store and mall don't count. So what was it you were saying?" He turns back to look at me giving me a smirk. Liyah sits there and does absolutely nothing while I'm being verbally assaulted here.

"I go out to the places...like uhm that time...uhh at the place where....that day when..." I start but can't really finish. I realise that Shawn is right. I've been sitting in my house all day everyday for too long. It's time that I went out and did something fun for me besides going out and getting books.

"Yeah that's what I thought." He offers me a small smile and I return it

"Dont worry tonight is going to be great. Just you wait." Liyah adds in.

We pull up at Thandi's yacht patty and damn, if this isn't a sight for sore eyes then I don't know what is. There's girls in bikinis swimming in the river and there's guys roasting some marshmallows by a fire. Then there's the queen herself, Thandi sitting in the middle of her yacht with a few people on it. I can't help but wonder how many people she invited because there are so many people here.

Shawn and Liyah bid me farewell and get lost in the crowd. Now I'm left all alone. Great. I go to the cooler box and get myself something to drink. I hope that these are free. Nobody pays attention to me as I strole around drinking my juice. I pass by a few of my classmates and some look surprised to see me here while others look like they couldn't care less.

I spot Derek chilling by the bonfire with Courtney. I want to head over to them but I don't want to feel like I'm intruding. Oh fuck it you've got nothing else to do so you might as well. Yeah I should listen to myself and go to them.

I mangle my way through the sea of people between me and the bonfire. Just as I'm about to reach Derek and Courtney, I trip and start falling. I close my eyes and wait for the ground to hit me but I feel no impact. I feel strong arms me and I open my eyes to look up. What meets me terrifies me.

This man is gigantic and he looks mad, really mad. I notice that my punch has stained his shirt and it's now stuck to his skin. I can't help but let my eyes roam around and take in all his beauty. His ripped muscles struggle to be contained in his t-shirt and I feel really small in his arms. I'm about to say something when I look back into his eyes and see his icy glare set on me. Oh no.
