I stood there not able to figure out why it made me so happy so see two women together why did I want that

But Alex is beautiful

No I can't think that she's my best friend and more importantly a girl

"Hey you must be sky" Ms. Sarah said pulling me out if my thoughts

"Uh yeah can I be alone for a minute to unpack my stuff"

"Sure I'll start on dinner" Ms. Eliza said

I when to the room and just tossed my stuff down and pulled out my phone

Sky:Hey

Alex:sup sky how's the new place

Sky:it's okay there two women

Alex: like sisters?

Sky:no

Sky:like lovers

Alex:THEY'RE GAY!!

Alex:that's awesome

Sky:you don't have a problem with that

Alex:no do you

Sky: not really it's just weird

Alex: because your gay too

Sky:wtf where did you get that idea from I'm straight

Alex: Yeah as straight as a circle

Alex:anyway gtg see you in the morning

"Sky can you please come here and eat"said Ms. Eliza

I walked into the dining room and there was a huge meal of  the table

" Damn if this is how you eat normally I'm excited for thanksgiving " I mumbled

There was chicken and homemade scallop potato's and peas and corn on the cob and mashed potatoes

"holy shit" I said pretty loud thank god they don't have a problem with cussing

"So sky what's your story"

"What do you mean? " I said stuffing my face with more mashed potatoes

"Like what's your story as in life story"

"Well I was only two when my dad left and it was just my mom and me until I was five I was so young when it happened it was just a normal saterday my mom took me to the park along with my dog she was a golden retriever her name was Goldie... "

*flashback*
Me and mommy were at McDonalds in the parking lot I got a happy meal I had chicken nuggets and we got Goldie a small Fri mommy also got me and ice cream after we finished eating we drove home we were listening to the little mermaid soundtrack my favorite song came on and mommy started singing then this car came out of nowhere and I screamed

"Mommy... Mommy where are you"

I was crying at this point my mommy was bleeding and Goldie pulled me out of the car by my car seat the windshield was broken then Goldie when to sleep she wouldn't wake up mommy wouldn't wake up why are they sleeping

"Mommy wake up mommy wake up please "

I was bleeding and a man in a police uniform grabbed me

"No my mommy is still in there"

Everything whent black

*end flashback*

I was crying for the first time in a really long time and it kinda felt amazing I sat there and cried while Ms. Sarah and Ms. Eliza's arms and we all fell asleep

I woke up confused then everything came back from last night and all I could do was get up and got to school I needed to see Alex
