They started walking and Sky was just thinking to herself.
She was happy for the first time in a long time.
She spent a lot of her life being insecure. She was in a relationship junior and senior year but she knew that she wanted something different and didn't want him to get his hopes up because she wanted something different. It was really difficult for her because he was her first everything. He was her first kiss, her first hookup, she lost her virginity to him and he was the only guy that she had ever kissed or had sex with. When she decided to move to LA she broke up with him and moved to LA 3 weeks later. She was cut from her thoughts.
"You alright sky?" Griffin asked.
"Yeah I'm just thinking." She said.
She grabbed his hand into hers.
"Why did you decide that you wanted to be a nurse?" She said.
"I think that a lot of people think that social media is the base of everything. Yes I'm getting money from it and I'm very grateful for the opportunities it has given me but I want the feeling of being in real life and having to work to support myself and eventually someone else." He said smiling.
They continued talking throughout the hike and griffin eventually stopped.
"Why did you stop?" She asked.
"Look to your left." He said turning.
She turned to see a waterfall.
"It's gorgeous." She said looking at griffin.
He smiled and pulled her in for a hug.
She looked up at him.
He looked down at her.
After a few seconds he grabbed her cheek.
She grabbed the back of his neck and they both leaned in.
After a few seconds their lips both connected.
It was nothing crazy they weren't making out, his tongue wasn't all over her, he had his hand on her face and it was a gentle sweet kiss.
She pulled away and kissed him again.
She pulled away again.
"You have no idea how long I have been waiting to do that." He said.
"Let me guess like 3 days." She said laughing.
He laughed along with her and they took a few more minutes to take in the view before they started walking back hand in hand.
They got back into griffins car and began driving back to sky's apartment.
Griffin parked the car and they walked up to her apartment.
Sky opened the door.
They walked in and were laughing.
"Wait shhh." Sky said to griffin.
They both quieted down and they both heard moaning.
Griffin started laughing and sky hit his shoulder.
She walked over to her sisters room and opened the door slightly.
"Phoebe can you quiet down please jesus." She said.
"Oh shut up it's not like I haven't had to hear you having sex with Matt for 2 years can you go." Phoebe said.
As soon as she heard Matt's name she slammed the door.
"Do you want to stay at my place tonight?" Griffin said trying to ignore what her sister just said.
"Sure let me grab some stuff." She said.
Her and griffin went into her room.
She grabbed a pair of shorts.
She grabbed her toothbrush and a face mask for her and griffin to do later.
After she grabbed her stuff they left the apartment and sky slammed the door on the way out.
They got into his car and began driving.
After a few minutes of silence griffin finally spoke up.
"I'm sorry but I just can't do this shit if you have a boyfriend whoever that Matt guy is." He said sadly.
"I don't have a boyfriend and I'm not that type of fucking girl." She said back.
"Then who is Matt?" He asked.
"I dated him junior and senior year I wanted something different and I broke up with him before I moved to LA I haven't seen or talked with him in more than a year she just brings him up because she knows how to piss me off." She said.
"Oh why does it piss you off?" Griffin asked.
"He was my first like everything it was just difficult to get over I guess." She said looking away.
"If it makes you feel any better I had a girlfriend my senior year she was the only girl I have slept with." He said looking at her but still keeping his eyes on the road.
"You haven't slept with anyone in 2 years." She said laughing.
"What every girl that wants to sleep with me asks for a picture first or its because I have followers I'm good." He said.
They pulled into griffins apartment complex.
