So basically her quirk is called 'Candy crush'
SO how it works: She able to create candy from hair, whoever eats it is under her control, she's able to have full control over the person's mind, she can't physically control them though, she can only talk to them through their mind, but it only works if they eat it, her candies can also become weapons, like lollipops can be giant hammers, or gumdrops can be bombs, she can make them bod or small, shape them however she wishes
Aftermath: If she over uses it, she starts hearing thoughts of all the people who ate her candy, she starts to cry blood, and gets a mingraine
Reason why she bullies you: Basically back in 8th grade, she has a private tutor, she found out there was a loop hole for her quirk to easliy defeat her, Eletricity, Whenever any sort of eletricity hits her candy weapons, it goes back to normal, and whoever eats that same eletrical candy, it won't work on them, and if she were to use the candy to mind control someone and eletricity hits them, they go back to normal and it wears off
She also just hates when you stutter all the time, Galie strives to try and take away all your friends, and your partners, she'll do whatever it takes for you to be the laughing stock, she never told you the reason, because she's scared that you might make fun of her.
