"Damn my head is killing me!" Jungkook covers his hand in ice and presses it against his forehead. I chuckle as he slumps onto the couch.

"Maybe eating some breakfast will make it go away." I set two plates of waffles and bacon onto the table. Jungkook groans while getting up and slumps down onto the chair at the kitchen table. I sit across from him and we eat in silence.

I clear my throat after a few minutes, "So...do you remember anything from last night?" I bite my lip. Jungkook thinks hard for a moment before shaking his head.

"Not really. Why? Did I do something bad?" His eyes widen with worry. I give him a small smile and shake my head, "No."

He sighs with relief, "Thank goodness. I haven't gotten that drunk since I was a teenager."

I fake a laugh, "Haha." I trail off. It was silent for a moment until Jungkook speaks up again.

He clears his throat, "What do you plan on doing later tonight?" He avoids eye contact with me. I finish drinking my juice and look out the window besides me.

"I have a date with Eddie later." I tell him.

Jungkook's eyes widen again and his mouth turns into a frown, "Oh, never mind then." He grabs his plate and puts it in the sink. I follow him and place my plate over his, "What is it?"

Jungkook turns around so that his back is facing me, "It's nothing alright?" He fakes a smile and walks away towards his room. I stand there dumbfounded, trying to figure out what caused him to wake up on the wrong side of the bed.

"Whatever." I mutter under my breath and wash the dishes.

"Zara, are you sure this will work?" Ian watches as Zara fiddles around with the controls on a giant machine. Connected to the machine are dozens of tubes, each has a figure inside of it.

"Have I ever steered you wrong, Ian Hart?" Zara tosses her hair over her shoulder and smirks. Ian does not respond.

"What are those things?" Ezra points to the tubes.

"Ah, those are my subjects; I created them. I enchanted them with all types of magic power. So much so that they're impossible to defeat." Zara explains. Ezra walks up to one of the tubes and looks up at it, "They look like regular people though, not monsters."

"That's because I used a special potion that makes them look like humans. Anyone from the outside would think that they're just regular people." Zara grabs her staff and steps away from the machine with a satisfied sigh, "Soon they'll be born, and we'll train them to kill that brat."

Ian wraps his arms around Zara's waist and kisses her cheek, "You're so evil."

"Not as evil as you." Zara leans her head back onto his shoulder. Ezra grimaces and rolls his eyes, "Can you love birds not do that in front of me? It's annoying!"

The couple laugh and separate, "You should be finding a woman soon Ezra." Ian places a hand on Ezra's shoulder. Ezra pushes his hand away and scoffs, "I don't need a woman, I'm fine on my own."

"That's what you say now. Just wait until you find the perfect girl—"

"I don't need a damn woman!" Ezra yells at Zara. Ian slaps the back of his head, "What did I say about raising your voice?!"
