I look over at George.
"I-I don't know" I say still shocked.
George turns away and looks out in the distance, probably thinking to himself.
"How about..."
George looks over at me.
"What honey?" He questions.
"I could get you something- because you are being so kind, you deserve something back" I tell him.
George looked shocked, then he started tearing up and hugs me. I smile softly and hug him back.
"Y-Y/n are you for sure?! You could do something better with that money" George said sniffling.
"Honey, I really want to pay you back for your kindness, so yes for sure"
"Thank you baby" George whisperd.
"Oh c'mon! Let's go find something for ya!" I get up from the ground underneath the tree.
Downtown Liverpool
"Oh, look babe let's go to the guitar shop!" George said jumping up and down.
I laugh and we enter the store. When George first cought sight of this baby blue Fender I could see his eyes light up. Right next to it, I could see a bass that was the same colour and brand. I instantly fell in love with it.
"You know what I'm thinking Geo?"
"What?"
"I'll buy you that Fender, and I'll buy the bass right next to it"
Alot of people didn't know about this but, I love playing the bass, but my mum always said that a lady like me shouldn't be playing one.
"You play the bass?" George asked.
"Hell yes!"
We go and get the two guitars and I get a really cute guitar strap. Then we went to check out.
"£230" the lovley cashier said.
I hand over the money and I put the strap on the bass and put it over my shoulder. Afterwards we went back to George's house.
"Ahh, it feels good to be home" George said with a sign of relief in his voice.
I go to the guest bedroom and set my suitcase right next to the bed. Then, I take the bass off and put it in the corner. Next, I go down stairs and see George sitting on the couch.
"Hello honey" George greets.
"Hey" I say back.
We were both very tired. I say down next to him, I fell asleep and soon enough, George fell asleep aswell.
