{ON HOLD} Slumber Party Disaster

The first day

NATSU POV
"Bye Jaa mata" I say to Julie as I wave goodbye to her

"Look at you two love birds" Gray teases

"Oh shut up, you're just jealous because I have someone who likes me, and you don't" I protest

"What'd you say flame brain" Gray asks

"I said you're jealous, got a problem with that ice stripper" I say back

"Oi! that's enough the teacher will be coming in soon and I don't want you two fighting when he gets here" Erza cuts in

Gray and I back off of each other, I could hear Gray comment to Ezra's directions. I just huff and climb up the steps to my seat. I head all the way down the row. Gray follows the same ways as me.

The teacher put Gray and I together, which was the worst idea he could of ever made. Gray and I don't have the best of friendship between us. We constantly fight and bicker at each other.

I was staring out the window when the teacher finally came in. I look to the front of the classroom and payed attention to the lesson.

"Ok class now I have an announcement before we go any further in class" Happy sensei announces

The class starts murmuring about what it might be. I couldn't care less about the announcement. I prop my head on my hand and look out the window.
The sun was shining bright and the cherry blossom tree were in bloom. I couldn't wait to eat outside during lunch. Speaking of lunch I'm starving, I didn't get to have breakfast this morning since I was running late.
In no time class was over.

Before Happy sensei dismissed us he told us that out literature essays were due next class. I didn't do it yet, and I need to if I want to pass this class. If I don't I won't be able to play basketball with the rest of the team.

And I will absolutely not let Gray have all the fame and glory to himself. I would just have to stay up until I finished the homework. I collect my things and head out the door. I walk to my locker and get my stuff for the next class.

The rest of the day flew by fast. I put the last of my books in my book bag and headed out the front door. As I was walking home I stopped by an ice cream stand for ice cream.

"Natsu!"

Someone yelled from behind. I turned around to see Julie running towards me. She put her hand up and waved, I did the same action.

She caught up to me, she was panting trying to recover her breath.

"Do you have any plans this weekend" she asked finally regaining her breath

"Well I have to check, but I will get back to you as soon as I can" I say as I smile

Julie was . . . Well Julie. She has had a crush on me for the longest time ever. I have noticed her feelings, but I don't know if I return them. When Julie confessed her love to me I wasn't surprised.

For two reasons, one I am one of the schools best basketball player so I have ladies confessing all the time. And two it was totally obvious that she liked me. Everyone knew this.

"Okay, so do you want to hang out now or. . ." She trailed off

"I can't I got to get home and do my homework if I want to stay on the basketball team" I said

"Oh I'll help you then!" she said happily

"Really you would!" I asked in disbelief

"Yea!" she chuckled
