Michael POV

As i leave the room i hear a thud. Jeremy fell out of bed. I feel bad for him. His dad was always so nice when we were younger.

Flashback/memories

First day of school

I see a boy my age alone on the swing set. I walk up to him. I sit next to him

"H-hi" i stutter

"Oh hey" the other boy said

"Im Michael"

"Hi Michael im Jeremy"

Jeremy i like that name.

"I like your name"

"Thank you"

"Can i call you micha?"

"S-sure if i can call you...um Jer"

"Sure" he gives a small chuckle

"Wanna come to my place after school?"he asks me

"Really?? Ive never been to someone elses house"

"Neither have i"

School day is over

"Dad dad dad dad dad" Jeremy repeats running into his house

"What is it son" i hear an older man say

"Look i made a friend his name is Michael"

"Thats nice boyo nice to meet you Michael"

"Hi"

"Michael your parents know youre here right?"

"Oh no what time is it"

"2 45"

" i have to be home by 3"

"Well we can give you ride home. Right dad"

Sure where do you live Michael"

" [insert address]"

"Thats just down the street you boys can walk if you want"

I am knocked out of thought when someone knocks on the door. I see a very familiar Richard Goranski.

"Hey rich"

"Sup"

"Watcha doing here"

"Idk jake is hanging out with chloe latley"

"Oh"

"Yea so watcha up to wanna go get pink berry?"

"Uh sure yea lets go"

"What abo-"

"No no dont talk. Il explain in the car"

"JER ME AND RICH ARE HEADING OUT. REMEMBER PLEASE EAT"

"Whats wrong with him"

As we walk to his car i explain what happened.

"Man thats terrible"

"Yea, wait look"

I point out to see Jake and Chloe feeding each other pink berry

"Why is he doing this to me"

"Rich lets go in"

We walk in and get out frozen yogurts and pay. We decide to sit near them but not too close. We hear a bit of their conversation.

"Me and Rich have been dating for almost a year i think its time"

"You need to do it Jake"
