(A/N) Again, I'm very sorry that I didn't post for a long time! School's been very busy, and it still is, actually. Whoops, nevermind that. Now on to the story!

Taro Yamada was sitting in front of the Akademi High's fountain, reading a book like usual. But, something was odd about him. He was blushing furiously and staring at his book intensely.

Budo who happened to pass by looked at the male confused. He decided to walk up to him and...

Snatched the book from Taro's hands.

"Wha- Masuta-san?!" Taro's eyes were as wide as the sky. Budo then looked at the book's cover and raised an eyebrow.

"Why is the cover two random guys on a bed?" Taro blushed furiously at this. He tried to grab his book, but Budo noticed and moved it away from him.

Budo started reading the part Taro was reading and literally threw the book out of shock. Taro caught it before it fell into the water, his blush not disappearing.

"Why-" Budo blushed just as hard as Taro. "WHY were you reading that?!"

Taro started looking at anywhere but Budo, his mouth opening and closing like a fish. "I-I can explain-"

Budo snatched the book from Taro again and pointed at the book's cover. "This book is about a GUY doing... Stuff with another GUY!"

Taro bit his bottom lip. He decided to say, "I... My sister gave it to me! I had to read it!" He then snatched his book back.

Budo nodded in understanding, the blush on his cheeks disappearing. "Ah, I see... Sorry Yamada- I thought you were... You know."

Taro chuckled nervously.

Budo then clicked his fingers and smiled cheekily at Taro. "Hey! For an apology, I can take you to the bookstore near here later! Do you want to go?"

Taro couldn't refuse. He only nodded because he was still embarrassed. Budo grinned happily. "Okay! I'll meet you at the park at 6! Sounds good?" Taro nodded again. "Great! See you then!" Budo ran away from the male.

Taro sighed, hugging his book happily. "Thank you, book!" He thought.

Meanwhile, Ayano was behind a tree, witnessing the whole thing.

"S-Senpai... Is GAY?! And he's going on a date with that Budo guy?! I have to stop this!" She thought angrily.

(6:02 PM)

Taro was sitting on a bench at the park, reading a book. It was the same book from earlier. He was blushing just as furiously.

Budo who just arrived looked at the male and smiled. He really loves his sister, doesn't he?

The martial arts club leader walked up to Taro and tapped him lightly on the shoulder. Taro looked up at him.

Budo grinned. "Let's go, shall we?"

---

Ayano grinned. She had placed some weird traps on the streets both boys would walk into. She had also forced every random person to leave by laughing like crazy.

She immediately hid behind a tree when she saw Budo and Taro walking together. Her eyes twitched, but she kept her calm.

Suddenly, Budo stopped on his tracks and grabbed Taro's arm to stop him. Taro stared at Budo confused.

"Uh... Why'd you stop?"

Budo narrowed his eyes. "I sense something there." Taro looked at where Budo were looking at and shook his head.

"No, Masuta-san, there's nothing there. I believe you just mistook it." He then stepped on the floor. The floor then crumbled and Taro screamed, starting to fall.

Budo moved quickly and caught Taro like the clichés in movies. Taro blushed furiously while Budo just glared at the pit trap.

"Who the hell did this? This is unbelievable..."

Ayano on the other hand started twitching like crazy. "No... There must be another way. I can't possibly lose my Senpai!"

---

Budo and Taro arrived safely at the weirdly empty bookstore. Taro immediately  went to one of the book shelves. Budo decided to go to a book shelf specifically about martial arts. He was reading a book when Ayano decided to push the whole shelf. She was wearing a disguise, of course.

Taro noticed something odd and saw Ayano pushing the shelf. He then saw Budo reading, completely unaware of what was going on. He panicked and dropped a book he was reading, "Masuta-san!!! Look out!!"

Budo looked up confused and saw the shelf falling down in front of him. Taro ran so fast and tackled Budo which resulted in the both of them rolling on the ground and hitting the wall. Ayano looked at them and twitched so hard before running away, giving up on everything.

Taro opened his eyes that were previously tightly shut. He then noticed that he was on top of Budo. Budo then opened his eyes and looked at Taro, wide-eyed.

"What... Was that?" He asked out of breath. Taro then stood up and took Budo's hand, pulling him up as well.

"Well..." Taro looked away, a hand on the back of his neck. "I saw someone push the shelf to you, so I just... Acted on impulse, I guess."

"... Oh." Budo mumbled, before looking at Taro worriedly, "You're not hurt, are you?"

Taro smiled, shaking his head. Budo grinned in relief. "Thanks for saving my life back there, man."

"Oh... It was... Nothing. Nothing at all..." Taro looked at Budo and blushed.

Budo smiled and grabbed the book Taro was reading before he saved him. He then grabbed his own book and walked to the cashier. He then paid for the books and gave Taro his book.

"Thanks again. You really saved me. What could I do without you?" He said dramatically. Taro then lightly punched him.

The two boys then laughed and walked out of the bookstore.

(A/N) Made this weird thingy on purpose, lmao. Enjoy, I guess. XD
