Garou jots down notes as Chifuyu talks about IS.
"Oi, Buriou! Did you read the Manual?"
"Did I read it! Ha! Of course I god damn did it! But not only just that!"
He pulls the Manual out of his bag, and slams it on the table. He then opens it, to where the written page is. There, for another five or ten pages, is neatly written paragraphs.
"I wrote an entire other chapter on the faults in an IS!"
"Oh? Could you please explain at least one of these faults you've discovered."
"Sure!"
He walks up to the board, and begins to draw a stickman version of an IS. He then draws a dotted outline around the drawing.
"This is an IS."
He points to the stick drawing. Then he points to the outline around the drawing.
"This is the shielding of an IS. While, yes, it defends the pilot from damage. It has one major fault. Let's say, an IS is facing off against a human. This human does have a way to beat and/or kill the pilot. They can run up to the IS, if the pilot is too confident to fly above them, and grab on. The shields won't register them as a threat, as its is designed to defend against missiles and what not. Not HUMANS themselves. Then, this human can restrain the pilot, or kill them. That's one major flaw in the IS system."
Chifuyu speaks up.
"How did you figure this out?"
Garou smirks creepily.
"How else?"
The bell then rings, signifying lunchtime. Garou packs his stuff and leaves, leaving behind a horrified group of female students, and an impressed teacher. In the cafeteria, Garou sits alone at a table. But soon, someone sits next to him. To his surprise, it's Chifuyu.
"So, what're you doing here? Don't you have some students to whack?"
"Ha Ha. No. I'm here to talk."
"Tch. What is there to talk about. I'm a psychopath."
"No, you're not. Your someone who was forced to grow up to quickly. I know that look, because I once held that look. Now, it's just called my angry face."
"Ha! You know, you're not wrong. I wasn't... adored, with my family. They would have destroyed me, mentally, and physically, if not for my grandfather. Doctor Serizawa."
"The man who..."
"... who created the weapon to surpass the Inifinte Stratos. Unfortunately, the UN didn't like what my grandfather was doing, and had the women I called family kill him. He gave me the finished device he had created, and he gave me the plans on how to construct it. Then, they killed him, and Byrne drue place I could actually call home to the ground. They even tired to kill me. But I got away, with the plans and the weapon. Where they are located, I won't tell you, but they're far away from anywhere near civilisation."
