One Centimeter

This is played off of something that happened in class today.

Kate's POV
Science. This class sucks ass. Not only do I suck at science, but I have to sit by people I don't really like. Well, other than CC that is. I kind of just zone out during the class then get the notes later. Anyway, the teacher started talking again and I tried to focus.

"This is stupid!" CC says, dramatically.

"You don't have a centimeter." The teacher snaps at him rudely.

"Of course not. It's all in my girlfriend." What the fuck. Everyone starts laughing, along with CC.

"Aren't you single though?" I question, still laughing.

"Well I was hoping I could change that." It all happened in slow motion. He grabbed my hand and pulled me out of my seat, into his arms. His left arm wrapped around my waist with his right going to my face. He looks me in the eyes and smiled. Slowly, he leans in, pulling me into a slow kiss. I heard pretty much everybody gasp, and my best friend squeals. When we pulled away, he smiled.

"So, would you like to be my girlfriend?" I smiled and nodded.

"As long as I can have a hoodie." He grinned and pulled me into another heartwarming kiss.

"You two can both find yourselves in ISS all of next week. I hope this was worth it." The principal, whom I assume was called down by our teacher, told us both. CC and I looked at each other, then back at Dr. Bower.

"It was." And we made our down to the office, no doubt in for a stern lecture.

"Kate. CC. Take a seat."

"Well, I for one, can say that it was totally worth the ISS." CC said, intertwining our fingers together.

"It was." I looked at his smiling face. He really is perfect. Don't get me wrong, he has his faults, but he tries and that's all that you could ask.

"Do I have something on my face?" He chuckled and shook his head.

"No. You're just adorable."
