You bounced up and down. (Woah wtf this isn't smut…...or is it??)The dirt road was rocky, and the van having a rough day. Earlier you had to fix a popped tire, and that was painful since it was burning outside. Sighing, you scootched back further into the seat. Resting your head on the headrest (wow, you used it like how you're supposed to!), and trying to sleep was something you have tried to do multiple times. It was just too rocky. Great. I groaned, and Mick looked over. "What's tha matta' Sheila?" He said, moving the arm he had rested on the arm rest, and took your hand. He smoothed over the back of your hand with his thumb. "The road is killing me. I can't wait until we're not on a dirt road." He chuckled. "We're coming up on a normal road soon, love. Don't worry." I sighed, happy at that response. Somehow, I managed to fall asleep.

(3rd pov)
You lightly snored while sleeping, which the big guy thought was adorable. He couldn't wait for this camping trip, and that's why you guys left two days early. He absolutely adored you, but couldn't understand why you chose him over any other mercenary. Maybe the manners he learned growing up somehow managed to win him over for you, he doesn't know. All he knows is that you love him back, and you're loyal. Yes, you did have fights over the three years you have been together, but the other mercs always forced you to kiss and make up. The black road appeared ahead, which filled Sniper with joy. The van bumped when it hit the line between dirt road, and well, road. The van drove smoothly for another two hours. And in those two hours you had insane dreams, about chaos at the base, or just, having wings. And.. Mick had an Owl head? Either way, they were good dreams.

He pulled up to the spot, which was absolutely beautiful. It was just a few minutes away from the sunset, and he thought it would be perfect to propose to you then. He honked the horn, which woke you up. You thought you were dying, since it scared you. He chuckled at your expression, and hopped out the door. "C'mon (n/n), we're here." You jumped out, and stretched. You then looked up to see the beautiful meadow, with flowers everywhere. You gasped at the wonderful sight, and Mick chuckled. "I knew you would loike it." He walked over to you, and wrapped his arms around your waist. You sighed, absolutely dumbfounded by the scenery. "Want to go for a walk?" He hummed into your ear, which you smiled in response to. "Sure." He took your hand, and lead you down into the meadow. The grass was very tall, it was hard to see Mick, who was only standing a few feet away from you. "Oi, look at that!" He said, then let go of your hand and ran off. You couldn't see where he went, so you began to look. 

After searching for ten minutes, you began to grow worried. You looked around non-stop, calling his name. A wave of relief flooded your senses when you heard him call back. You walked in the direction of the source of his voice. You pushed through the dense weeds to see a little scene set up. A little wood canopy with fairy lights hanging from it, a porch swing hanging under it, and a nice dinner set up to the side of it. "Awh… you didn't have to Sniper.." he chuckled. "Yeah, Oi did."

The night went by fast, but you loved every second of it. The dinner was surprisingly good, and the two told jokes. Now, you were swinging, hand in hand. You rested your head on his shoulder, while watching the sunset. Your smile has been plastered on the whole time. You felt Mundy move, letting go of your hand, and standing up from the swing. You looked over to him. He was down on his knee, which sent your heart to the heavens. Tears already began to form. "(Y/n)... we've been going steady for about four years now. I love ya' to death, and well.. will you marry me?" You jumped up, and he stood. You took each other in your arms, and you tearily blurted out "Yes.. Yes! A hundred times yes!" He chuckled, and he kissed you. You were as happy as the day he asked you if you would like to be his girlfriend.
