Love Struck

Chapter 4

I was looking out the window and keeping quiet. "Thanks for picking me up." I was gonna drive there, but thanks guys." I smiled a bit. Then i thought of the kiss again. Why can't i get it of my mind. I shook my head, then saw that we pulled into the store.

"No problem." Besides you almost looked like you wanted to get out of the house. So what's wrong with ya?!" Amethyst tilted her head to the side a bit while saying this.

I thought about the kiss and us playing truth or dare. "My brother was just... Um being annoying like always." I tried sounding confident in my answer, but shit what can i say. My friends know me. Except this time either i looked pretty convincing or she knew that i didn't want to talk about it cause she just nodded in annoyance and got out of the car. I blew a heap of air as I realized i was safe............for now at least.

I got out of the car and hurried and caught up to Amethyst and we walked in the store. I called my friends Angelica and Celeste to come and help us with the shopping for the party. I was searching by myself and got plates, red plastic cups, decorations, movies, drinks, junk food, party hats -and yes we are still little kids.

I stood on my tippy toes and scanned the stores horizon for my friends. I saw Angelica and Celeste and i started yelling and waving my hands in the air. I probably looked stupid, but i didn't care. We finished the decorations and everything else that was meant to be at the party. The stuff was paid for and we all ran outside with like five carts full of stuff. Then we loaded in the car and started the ignition.

"Glad we got everything sheesh it took forever right?!" Dylan said while rubbing her legs. I guess they were sore. I'm not gonna lie, so are mine. We parked in Blake's and Drake's house and began unloading all the stuff setting it up and crap. I was walking in the house when i saw Jensen and Jared with Alex and Andy. I tried not to blush so i walked past the living room into the kitchen. I was hoping to escape Jensen's eye sight. I was safe i at least hope. "I'll unpack the chips and stuff." I starting sighing looking at all the bags.

"Want some help?"

"No i got it...." I can't finish my sentence because while i was reaching for a bag his hand touched mine.

"Sorry." He laughed.

"It's okay." I replied.

"Um..... Where is my brother?" I randomly asked.

"Oh.... He went to find you because you were taking forever or something.

That reminded me. Who invited them here grr. I wanted some space. Then it happened again. His hand brushed mine again!!! I looked at him and he was slightly smiling.

I starting getting red and i can't take it anymore. "I have to um.... Use the restroom."

"Oh okay." See you in a bit i guess. Right?" He starting asking almost looking like he would cry if i didn't return.

"Um....sure." Uh I'm so stupid i thought as i walking as fast as i can to the bathroom.

I sat down on the closed toilet and put my head in my hands. This is gonna be hard i thought. I pulled my hair up in a bun and started shaking my head. He doesn't care he didn't feel anything with that kiss, or would he ever. Or.....would he?
